We had a pretty long wait for something that should have been hot and ready and it wasn't even a weekend night...and then the food wasn't that great, was pretty disappointed...the staff was very friendly though…
Edit: So this time I ordered online through Little Caesars’ website and the guy delivered the wrong order, my son is the one who went down and wasnt aware of what we ordered, I called the store who told me to call their 1-800 number because they have nothing to do with online orders, if the store isnt going to be responsible for mistakes or issues then they shouldnt do mobile orders or delivery…on top of all that the number you call for mobile orders is answered by a third party company who isnt little caesars, and it will be up to 72 hrs before I hear back from someone, very poor business practices, there needs to be way more oversight for online ordering and shopping in this country, no one wants to take responsibility for mistakes, issues, or errors, and the customer is left to deal with it!

One of the worst experiences in the restaurant business ever. The store shouldn't be run by kids who aren't ready to assum⁶e the responsibility. The employee was on the phone the whole time instead of completing orders. Waited an hour for one small order. Food was prepared horrible. If possible make the drive to the Tallmadge Little Caesars. They are much better and professional.

My father in law bought pizza here tonight , and this was in a crust cooked into it. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! And they wouldn’t answer when I called.

Picked up a pepperoni pizza Friday January 3 through drive through went home opened up box and a slice was half eaten I called they denied anyone there did that to the pizza if I didn’t then somebody there had to I requested that video be watch and whoever did this should be immediately terminated I was told by Hayley the manager to take it up with corporate so that I am doing as well as reporting this to the health department the manager acted as if I needed my 8 dollars back like wow i just wanted a answer of who would do this but I guess the joke is on me I would not recommend this place to anyone this is the pizza they handed to me

Normally, I am not one to post a review in any regard. However tonight, I'm absolutely fuming. I ordered a pizza for pickup online, because both website and google said today's closing time is 11. I thought, ok cool, let me get some food on my way home. However, I pulled up to the store at around 1020, to find the store closed. Lights off, no one answered the phone nothing. If your hours change, post it. If not, what the hell?

First I pulled up and they were out of pizza (no problem) I was told to pull to the front and wait 5-10mins. 20 mins passed before I went inside. Took them 5 mins just to figure out if I actually had an order, they were kind of accusing me of not even having an order, but okay, I got my food. Well, it made me and my boyfriend sick. All teenage boys working there and idk if they don’t wash their hands or what happened but I even tested the theory the next day- ate a slice of pizza and the next morning I had the worst stomach pains, and symptoms you don’t wanna read about. Won’t be returning to this location again.

When I get off work late and make it there 20-30 minutes before close every other time they tell me they won’t make food and can sell me what they already have because they’re closing and not making food anymore.. if you’re going to do that at least be consistent? I didn’t realize they get to pick and choose what days they want to stop making food before closing time. Not only that but every time I visit this location the people working here are so rude. I most likely wont return.
