Clayton from Little Ceasers on Leland Ave was absolutely amazing. I was in a rush to host a party for my grandkids at my home and he ensured that my order was done in time. The pizza was fresh and hot. This was all done with an amazing smile and great attitude.

Pizza was a little over cooked. However, Devon one of the associates was quick to fix it and was very understanding and respectful. Devon made me change my mind of little Caesars and now we go often.

Ordered a large Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni, and an order of Crazy Bread and Crazy Sauce. I ordered on the app and used the .99 cent Crazy Bread Promo. Everything was hot and fresh, and tasted fine. I know this place gets a bad rap, but for what you are paying I don't know how you complain. I will order again when I'm in the mood for an affordable pizza.

My husband and I had spent the whole day moving, and we just wanted some pizza for dinner and we remembered they had the stuffed pretzel crust and it sounded awesome! We in about 9:40 and was told everything had already been put away so I couldnt get that pizza, and he refused to make it. I also wanted an ICB but was told because everything was already put away it would take nearly 25 minutes. If you say you're open until 10, maybe actually be open until then. The manager told me that it's their policy to stop making pizza at 9:30. Very disappointed.

Took 30 minutes for a normal pepperoni pizza and order of crazy bread. Whole time the workers were back there touching their hair and face and rubbing their eyes and noses. No sense of urgency, no sense of food safety. Get home and pizza was cut horribly and somehow slightly cold. Just a bad experience overall.

We had a pretty long wait for something that should have been hot and ready and it wasn't even a weekend night...and then the food wasn't that great, was pretty disappointed...the staff was very friendly though…
Edit: So this time I ordered online through Little Caesars’ website and the guy delivered the wrong order, my son is the one who went down and wasnt aware of what we ordered, I called the store who told me to call their 1-800 number because they have nothing to do with online orders, if the store isnt going to be responsible for mistakes or issues then they shouldnt do mobile orders or delivery…on top of all that the number you call for mobile orders is answered by a third party company who isnt little caesars, and it will be up to 72 hrs before I hear back from someone, very poor business practices, there needs to be way more oversight for online ordering and shopping in this country, no one wants to take responsibility for mistakes, issues, or errors, and the customer is left to deal with it!

One of the worst experiences in the restaurant business ever. The store shouldn't be run by kids who aren't ready to assum⁶e the responsibility. The employee was on the phone the whole time instead of completing orders. Waited an hour for one small order. Food was prepared horrible. If possible make the drive to the Tallmadge Little Caesars. They are much better and professional.
