I walked in and waited 10 minutes for somebody even come to the counter. The lady making the pizzas was in her socks with no shoes on. This place is absolutely disgusting

Store manager messed up my pizzas. Pretzel crust is burning my mouth and tasted absolutely disgusting. I’ve ordered multiple of these pretzel crust pizzas and NEVER had them taste like this. Talked to the manager and she said very rude. Didn’t offer me a discount, remake or anything gave me an attitude and then hung up on me.

They drill they sauce with a drill don’t ever clean it they talk on the phone and don’t do no work and they complain and call customers out their name when a customer order is messed up this service is terrible

Customer Service has gone downhill. I used to tip this restaurant in advance for their excellent service and things just aren't the way they used to be. Items are missing from my order more frequently which was usually never an issue in the past. Also they don't put my orders in the mobile portal anymore. I used to love just using a code and get my pizza I ordered so I don't have to wait in line for the cashier.

Good service but the pizza was burnt to a crisp so hard couldn't hardly eat it was going take it back but was storming didn't want to go back out it was just horrible most time good next time I will look before I leave

I would give a damn Big fat Zero if I could because I Tired Little Cesar's Pretzel Pizza and I believe that they’re trying to kill people because you can’t possibly call dumping a whole container of Salt on a pizza and Think that’s Good Pizza ever tried Tasting your own food product before putting it out there on the market for customers to try it it’s enough Salt on the pizza to kill a nation so buyers be aware people who have high cholesterol and or high blood pressure stay away from their pretzel pizza because it just might be more harmful than Good.
I really like stopping here. Upside- food is always hot and ready to go. Downside- sometimes understaffed with long wait times. Does not stop me from going here, though.

This Little Caesars is normally five stars. This time I was disappointed . I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni, and stuffed cheesy bread . They told me it would be a 15 min wait for the cheesy bread. Which was no problem. Instead I waited 35 mins . I kept asking about my order and everytime they would say let me check and continue doing what they were doing before. Finally my boyfriend got very upset and demanded the food. They did give us an extra pizza for the wait . Was pleased with that until I got home and realized that the stuffed cheesy bread I waited 35 mins for was just regular crazy bread. I have called the store twice . No answer. To say the least I was upset about this visit.
