Started off my 2024 Brewpath Passport here. Only drank and had a great time. Bartenders are very knowledgeable about the beers, great conversation and if you are there on the right now you can have a hell of a time playing Jeopardy with the bar crowd. Everyone in our party loved everything about Lock 15! Tasty, flavorful beer with super cool names and back stories, but also a robust wine and cocktail list for the non beer drinker in your group. Excellent food with several incredible options for vegans and vegetarians! The moussaka and tofu patties (must get side) were loved by the veg and non veg members of my group. The tofu patty isn't on their online menu but has a delightful light curry flavor and was so good that I had to get another to take back to the hotel for the next day. Lock 15 is a must visit next time we are in Akron!

Bring back the "Not Yo Daddy's" hot sauce wings!I like that they have a rotating menu but the only wing flavor I enjoy is the one I mentioned above. I've tried their other flavors and it's subpar. Hopefully it makes a comeback!

The beer was good but I was more impressed by the menu. More inventive options than I'm used to seeing at a brewery. Seated right away on a Friday evening. Place was busy, lots of families. Looks like there's a nice outdoor area in the warmer months. Walked over to the lock, which is nice too.

I was in town for a cheer competition. Our hotel was about a 5-10 minute walk from this place so we gave it a try. Upon arrival, we were told it would be a 1hr 45m wait. We decided to wait and we were happily seated by the 30 minute mark. I got the burger and it was great. No one at the table complained about the food. The cooks were certainly pushing out food. The service is the only thing that could use some work. I’m not sure if they were expecting to be that busy or if it’s usual for the place, but our server was not prepared at all. She took our drink/food orders all at the same time. 20 minutes go by, we literally received and ate our appetizer, and she still didn’t bring any of our soft drinks. She wasn’t checking on us at all so I had to flag her down and ask if we could get our drinks. Her response was snarky, “I haven’t brought them because the cups are washing”… I didn’t realize it took 25 minutes for cups to wash ?. I would rather have plastic cups with full drinks at our table rather than nothing at all. Or just an “oh my god I’m sorry, let me grab those now”. She finally drops off the cups and forgets straws, says she’s going to go get them, they never made it to the table. Didn’t really check on us at all. Maybe she was overwhelmed or just having an off night. It looks like it would be a really cool place in the summer time!
The food excellent. Staff were kind and patient. Great Brew selections. Better be for the sticker. Everything was worth it.
