Came in during the Akron Jazz Festival to get a quick bite. We were greeted and seated almost instantly, but then, after 20 minutes, the server still hasn't come back to even get us waters, even after attempting to flag her down.
We had to leave the restaurant and walk back in, be seated again, just to get some waters. By the time they came to take our order (the second time we walked back in, gentle reminder) we had to leave.
Probably will never come back, and that's a shame :/

We had lunch here and can't understand why they have a 4.6 star rating. The atmosphere was very dark and uninviting, the service was ok,but no call back to check on us, and the food was not exceptional, felt like simple tavern food. I was so excited because they had gluten free options and sweet potato fries only to be disappointed with receiving the wrong sandwich (doubting my bread was gf and we'll know by midnight) 😔🤪 and not realizing it until it was too late. The sweet potato fries were cold and almost appeared that they had been dunked a second time.

It was a VERY busy Saturday, but they were friendly and efficient and served amazing food! The fried pepperoni as an appetizer was really good, and my lobster grilled cheese was perfect!!
Sat down, ordered food, then was called to leave because of patriotic clothing. Obviously they are anti-American. This is a poor way to attract customers by being excessively discriminatory towards them. Trashy n a nutshell.

Great spot in Akron. Very homey feeling with great classic but different grilled cheese choices. There was other stuff on the menu but I was only focused on the grilled cheeses. Tons of choices. Super good. Great service and Bob Ross on the tv ;). Can’t be beat.

Exceptional service, very good food in a quaint little piece of historic downtown Akron. Very pleased with menus, both food and drinks. If I lived here, I'd be a regular here. Visiting from Florida.
