Love this place! It's been there since I was a child! Why is it closed?

Store has closed. Too bad it was the only store in Akron and some of the employees have been there for years. Poorly managed corporate. They came up with a Secret Society program that didn't apply to any of the stores in the area but were constantly advertised. This is not the age for a secret society. The thought of it is all wrong. I sent them an email but they never responded.

My fiancé went to pick us up some food. 40 minutes later he’s still sitting at the restaurant because they gave our order away to someone else , they said they would remake it. They still haven’t given him food. Completely unacceptable. I told him to get his damn money back and walk away. Such a unorganized poorly run restaurant. The least they could do is offer half off after making someone wait over 40 minutes for fast food. Last time I’ll ever order from here.
