I used to love this place. Haven't been able to go and after our visit today i probably won't return. We got there as they opened. I ordered chicken and shrimp and my partner ordered the chicken. Both the rice and vegetables were cold. I only got 2 shrimp in it which is ridiculous for an upcharge. The galaxy tea tasted like pure water. The girls in the front were very pleasant the rest of the staff didnt understand a word of English or at least acted like it when asked questions. I couldn't even eat the food

Great new addition to Cuyahoga Falls! I am a ramen snob and have been looking forward to trying this place out. Super clean, stylish, and comfortable seating area. I had the garlic tonkotsu ramen. Broth was super flavorful, pork chasu literally melted in my mouth, great noodle texture and taste! Too many places around here have watered down broth. The Uji matcha latte with cheese foam was also very tasty!

My daughter and I mainly go here for boba. Their teriyaki with noodles are excellent. I'm not much of a sushi person, shrimp tempura was good though. Workers are always very friendly
Just lost a customer tonight. We patron out of convenience. But in the process of entering our payment they shut down our order and stopped us from ordering 20 minutes before they stop serving. It led us to go to another company and spend less money and get better quality food, more food with soup and salad with our sushi. Now we know where we will go from now on.

We were pretty underwhelmed by their teriyaki bowls despite having high expectations. The portions were great and the food was hot and freshly made. However, the execution otherwise wasn't there for us. I got chicken and shrimp teriyaki; my husband got chicken teriyaki. We upgraded to fried rice, but the rice didn't appear to be fried at all; it was like they took white rice, added sauce and peas/carrots, and called it good. Some of the rice was still white. It wasn't anything special and truly lacked all flavor. The vegetables were definitely just plain steamed vegetables - not out of the ordinary for bowls like this, but didn't seem to have seasoning or anything, so just kind of dull. I would say the meat was pretty good, though, and there was a good amount of the meat there. We did take it so can't speak much to the place besides the food.

You guys need to get some new employees working your register. The teenage girls are always so rude and monotone. Genuinely every single time. I seriously considered walking right back out the door after I was greeted.

The place was clean, but it felt more like a fast-food express sushi spot than a sit-down restaurant. The food was decent, but I expected a more traditional experience. No hot green tea and disposable plates were a letdown. Probably my first and last visit.
Great food, lots of choices. Drinks are fantastic. The Funko Pop decor is neat. My kids want to eat here every time we are in Green.
