Been here twice during whats advertised as open and door is locked and place is closed. Will not waste my time again with this place. Pretty ridiculous to advertise open when you're not. Thanks for not valuing my time and energy

I really wanted to like this place. I love tea. I spent over$50. But the teas (6-7 kinds!) were all pretty bland - not fresh at all. - like they'd been sitting there on the shelf for years and years. Even the handheld tea strainer tool was bad - it doesn't allow water to get to the tea, since the holes are so small, so when you use it you just get weak, tasteless tea. Sigh.
