I live right down the road and this is my go to Pizza place. Love this place. I do gotta say staff isn't rude but they aren't always welcoming either. One more thing love the pizza love it!! But I do wish there were more rewards and employees would give the pizza a little more love! But Marco's I love you!! I don't understand why we can't go inside and pick up our food??

Ordered through Uber Eats and received a Plain Cheese Pizza, after I ordered a Large Pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. When I called to inquire what happened, I just got silence on the phone. Thank goodness, Uber Eats refunded my money. Extremely disappointed.

Have not even tried the food but it was so greasy it ran down my arm all over my shirt and pants and my cars seat. This is ridiculous was my first time at this location and last even with it only being a few blocks away.

Ordered a meal that cost 19.99 came with 3 items. The driver gets there and only has one of them. I stated the rest of the food was missing. Called in to her manager they said it didn’t ring up like that and I paid more than that for 1 large pizza with me and 4 kids. Then the manager says we can bring it back for $14. So you want me to pay $45 dollars for a 19.99 meal. I’ll never go back there.
This is a store that I've spent hundreds of my hard earned money with but the attitude of some of these workers including and specifically Kathy the GM has the worst attitude of them all.

Lobby has been closed for years so you have to use the drive thru. When we arrived we were told to pull around front and wait a few minutes. 30 minutes later WE had to ask where our food was and we were brought a pizza that had sat under the heat lamp so long the receipt turned gray. The pizza inside was Luke warm and chewy. Never again at this cheap location.

Pizza was cold, not sliced at all, just thrown in the box. Taste of the pizza was off. Wings were miniature sized. Forgot our blue cheese dressing. I’m so glad they didn’t charge me for the tip I added. I would have been highly upset. They definitely didn’t deserve a tip!
