The Pizza was very fresh here and I did not have to wait.We called in our order and went and picked it up when they said it would be ready. When I Went, The front doors locked , and there was a sign that stated we had to go through the drive through. Everything was delicious and fresh. Person who answered the phone was super polite/kind.

The pizza at Marco's is pretty good but could be better but Marco's has the best Garlic Parmesan dipping sauce out of all of the pizza chain restaurants. Papa John's, Domino's and Little Caesars all have NOTHING on Marco's Garlic Parmesan dipping sauce.

The staff did not properly check the order before giving it out, resulting in an error. When I requested a refund, I was offered a store credit for an amount less than what I originally paid.
Additionally, the process for redeeming the credit is inconvenient—I was instructed to call in and mention that I had a credit in order to use it. When I arrived at the store, I was told the lobby was closed; however, another customer was allowed inside just before me.
When I asked to speak with a general manager, I was given inconsistent information and the runaround. I was even told that Marco’s Pizza does not have a corporate office, which I find hard to believe.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

I live right down the road and this is my go to Pizza place. Love this place. I do gotta say staff isn't rude but they aren't always welcoming either. One more thing love the pizza love it!! But I do wish there were more rewards and employees would give the pizza a little more love! But Marco's I love you!! I don't understand why we can't go inside and pick up our food??

Ordered through Uber Eats and received a Plain Cheese Pizza, after I ordered a Large Pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. When I called to inquire what happened, I just got silence on the phone. Thank goodness, Uber Eats refunded my money. Extremely disappointed.
