I’ve been in customer service most of my life. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They are so rude to people waited two hours for my order went up there as they asked me to and it was not ready and they said they were too busy they have no idea when it’ll be ready. Just come back later. Unbelievable. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life Marcos on Canton Road in sanitary Road. Do not go there. They are terrible rudest people I’ve ever met in that store. I’m ranting, but it was terrible service

Went to pick up order. Walked in at 11:01 and the rude girl at the counter threw the food away because I didn't get there before 11:00. Said they have to throw your food away. Unbelievable experience.

Before my review I did reach out to the restaurant and I got a generic response in an email and they said a general manager would be in contact. THIS NEVER HAPPENED
I pre ordered food for a group of people before a concert. Spent $150+ The order finally arrived over an hour after the pre order time. I called the store once when it was running late and I got a rude answer. Food finally arrived making us late and it was cold.
As far as I’m concerned this restaurant does not respect its customers and I would not go back.
This was the worst pizza ever and the worst service. No wonder there sending free pizza coupons. I'm totally done with this location. The pizza was ice cold. Door dash delivered it and so salty ended up throwing it out after waiting over a hour for it. Rude when I called to see how much longer.

2 hour wait for delivery. Was told 35 minutes. Food was cold and gross. Contactless delivery changed to contact. If I had known they used door dash I would have ordered somewhere else. Door dash is the worst. Never again

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I waited 2 hours for a pizza that showed up over cold and the best thing the manager could do is remake it and send it back to me in another 2 hours. Terrible service.

Arrived to this Marcos location at 1pm on Sunday (the exact time they said my pizza would be finished). Waited at the counter for 15 minutes while the two employees sat in the back and wouldn’t come and greet me. Then after being greeted, 15 minutes past the time my pizza should have been done, they informed me they needed 5 more minutes. I waited for 5 minutes and went back in, then proceeded to wait 15 more minutes inside. My pizza was finally done at 1:45. Never coming back to this location, this has now happened the last 2 times i tried to order from this Marcos.

My girl stopped up to get curbside pickup, they made her come in and were rude on the phone. She went in to see a handful of employees standing around even though they "couldn't bring it out". The pizza was also terrible, cold, and had basically no sauce. We've ordered from this location for a long time and this is beyond disappointing. We won't ever be going back and I recommend you don't waste your money or time.
