Arrived to this Marcos location at 1pm on Sunday (the exact time they said my pizza would be finished). Waited at the counter for 15 minutes while the two employees sat in the back and wouldn’t come and greet me. Then after being greeted, 15 minutes past the time my pizza should have been done, they informed me they needed 5 more minutes. I waited for 5 minutes and went back in, then proceeded to wait 15 more minutes inside. My pizza was finally done at 1:45. Never coming back to this location, this has now happened the last 2 times i tried to order from this Marcos.

My girl stopped up to get curbside pickup, they made her come in and were rude on the phone. She went in to see a handful of employees standing around even though they "couldn't bring it out". The pizza was also terrible, cold, and had basically no sauce. We've ordered from this location for a long time and this is beyond disappointing. We won't ever be going back and I recommend you don't waste your money or time.

Why was our order delivered 20 minutes early? When I called and asked I was told they could have waited to deliver and deliver it cold. Timing pizzas is a skill not many have it seems.

Visiting and got the family together and decided to have a pizza for everyone. Marco's was recommended and did not disappoint! The pizza was awesome and the staff were great as well. I highly recommend Marco's not just for pizza, but their other menu options as well. Great foodvand great service...I will be back.

Marco's has been a go to of mine for years. It started with the NW Canton location that out did any other pizza franchise by far. We moved to Akron and while we were barely moved in sitting on a bare living room floor we knew what we wanted for our first dinner in our first house. We Googled Marco's hoping one was nearby and the Canton RD location popped up. They did not disappoint! Whether it be multiple pizza's for a kids B-Day party or just a quick dinner. You can not beat the quality and price of Marco's. The staff at this Marco's are great and the Pizza is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
It's a basic pizza shop with decent food and reasonable prices.
The staff was friendly despite the fact that they seemed a bit exhausted. I walked in to order my food, then waited for it to be made, and don't believe I saw anyone stop moving the entire time... Not not even step back to take a breath.

These are some of the rudest employees that I've ever come in contact with. I had no idea that they did not have car pickup, as was the option when I ordered. They saw me outside waiting for it( I had my dog with me. That's why I ordered it for car pickup ). When I went inside they all looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. Mind you this was 10 minutes after my order was ready. Then one of them looked at the other one and said I'll deal with it. He gave me my pizza and was rude and said they don't have carside pickup and continued to argue with me about it. The pizza was not good. It was so soggy. I'm shocked that this is a Marco's Pizza. Any other Marco's I've been to has been really good.
New kid used only one glove while making salads, couldn’t find order in the system, which made pizza take extra long. I have concerns about the sanitary value of this location. Not ok.
