I *LOVE* Massoli's!!! Not just their awesome bread and buns, but their always courteous and kind employees and the family as well. When we have a special event at St. Bernard, we always turn to Massoli's and we are never disappointed. They care about the quality of their product and they care about their customers. I can only think the negative comments are coming from entitled individuals, since I have never been treated with less than respect and polite and prompt service.

I see there is a *Karen" on here that fancies herself a local guide, she's the only one that gave this establishment a single star, simply because of employee did not ask how high when she said jump, I imagine she sees herself as a very important person I don't think I will ask her though. Google should rate the local guides I imagine that would give Karen a very rude awakening....

I don't know who's running it now. But it's terrible. Was told couldn't slice it bc it was hot(it was ice cold! He's just LAZY!)The slicer was piled with other things! Tells me "Lady, I'm not doing it".

I am from Minnesota and I am here getting my masters degree at Kent State. As a new person to Ohio, I wanted to check out local places to eat at. I went to Swensons the food was okay.. The buns were amazing.. Best part of the sandwich.. I was in the parking lot eating my food when I saw the bun delivery guy. I asked my server who he was and the server told me that he was the owner of the bread company that makes the buns for the galley boy I was currently eating. I watched the guy get back into his truck I noticed that he had a Gadsden flag hanging in the back along with an American one and a cowboy hat.. Go figure. I take issue with this because Chris Gadsden was one of the most prolific SLAVE Traders in the American continent not to mention the PROUD BOYS use this flag to promote their racism and anti-feminist agenda. This is not okay. If this guy does, indeed, own the bakery that the buns are from this is not anywhere any kind human should be shopping. Also.. Note for the guy.. (The Swenson's server said his name was 'Joe') judging by the texture of your beard and the color of your skin you are Sicilian. This means you probably have North African and Muslim roots somewhere in you.. Meaning you are NOT white. Might wanna look into this before you wave racist flags.. Especially when you're being racist against yourself.

I view myself as an Italian bread officianato…this bread is everything you want in a great Italian bread…crisp crust..soft airy center and sweet/yeasty flavor! I’m a forever fan!
