I had been going to the matinee for over 6 years and was my go to bar but within the past 3-4 months it's become thee most cliquey drug ridden bar In highland square. Watch your drinks! Watch your stuff, and make sure u watch your back and don't count on the staff there usually always trashed by midnight and will harass u if it's involving there own people let's not leave out the fact it's like a marketplace for drugs up there everyone's trying to either sell u or offer u cocaine and other drugs..... If u like to do drugs, sell drugs, and party hard It may be right up your alley!!.. but if not.....It's probly not gonna be your scene.

Bartenders are pretty cool and the food is alright, but this is where all the junkies, losers, and people who never matured past 18 like to hang out. Some dude tried to take my vape on the back patio and when I got heated with him the bartenders initially came out acting like I was the problem before realizing they were about to condone theft in their bar. Decent employees I guess, but the crowd is atrocious.

I passed this place so many times never giving it a thought my son suggested I come with him try a fish dinner I was shocked great tasting fish dinner from bar, I never seen or heard of such thing, their fish is indeed very good that will make you want more. I will definitely be coming back I recommend anyone who love fish dinners try this place it has a warm atmosphere and everyone seems to be very nice

Visiting town and stopped by the bar! Looked smaller and decent from the outside but I found quite the opposite. I was disappointed to find a dirty bar with a tipsy bartender and she was talking trash... (yes, drinking on the clock) who was really just not nice. The drink was decent but seemed like staff was too comfortable to are about hospitality and customer service. The environment is typical small bar and not bad at all, sturdy stools etc.Also, I was in the bathroom and heard 3 girls talking about how their fake IDs worked easily. YIKES..Decided we will go to other bars for the remainder of our trip.. I would be careful in here. Not sure I felt comfortable with both of those things.. yikes!
