Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too, you will wait 20 minutes in their drive thru to even order, they will pull you froward and make you sit there for 10 minutes when you are the only person in line, this isn’t just a one off occasion, it’s litterally ALWAYS like this. I picked up my food through the drive-through when I went to the second window I asked for extra ketchup lady looked at me and close the window. I thought she was getting it but then she just ignored me. I asked again and she ignored me again. she also had an AirPod in and clearly did not want to be there, awful experience overall and the Fries were not even fresh

I have gone to this location twice after picking my daughter up from work at 2 am due to them being advertised as 24 hours. Both times employees are very visible inside, or outside smoking, and the drive thru menus are shut off and nobody responds to take an order. If it is not 24 hours, this needs to be updated. If it is, that's a completely different issue entirely.
