I picked up my food through the drive-through when I went to the second window I asked for extra ketchup lady looked at me and close the window. I thought she was getting it but then she just ignored me. I asked again and she ignored me again. she also had an AirPod in and clearly did not want to be there, awful experience overall and the Fries were not even fresh

I have gone to this location twice after picking my daughter up from work at 2 am due to them being advertised as 24 hours. Both times employees are very visible inside, or outside smoking, and the drive thru menus are shut off and nobody responds to take an order. If it is not 24 hours, this needs to be updated. If it is, that's a completely different issue entirely.

HOLY FN SHT how is this location still in business????? No one comes to the microphone, if you drive up to the window someone will eventually come to it maybe. Then tell you they aren't taking orders at the screen, but have nothing to say when you ask why there isn't a sign up saying that. Oh and they also done take orders at the window?????? What the hell
