We waited in the drive through for a while without being acknowledged. We moved to the other lane, were greeted, asked to wait, and then they took our order.
The McFlurries weren't mixed.

Every time I go to this McDonald's, the biscuits are harder than a ball or a brick. You can bounce them off the wall. The food is cold, always wait forever. In line it to drive through for the money that we pay for the food and the amount of time that we have to wait on the food is ridiculous. It should be a hell of a lot better than what we're getting for the money that we're paying this McDonald's sucks. And they are rude.
I just drive past this one now. Not worth the wait, especially when you're the only one in line. That has been my experience the last 3 times.

Seriously? I had to pull off the road and search my glove box for a spoon to get the tartar off the side of the box and onto the fish. This location is usually better than this. No excuse for this, especially considering what we pay for McDonald’s

The dining experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The flavors were exquisite, and each dish was prepared with obvious care. The staff's attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced the meal. It was a pleasure to dine in such a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to returning soon.

Worst mcdonalds in akron. Slowest mcdonalds in akron. Missing items, ordered curbside, 35 minute wait. GO ELSEWHERE!!
Csn you guys not hire drugged out people to work for you ? I'd appreciate it and so would your buinsess.... they literally kept me waiting 40 minutes in drive thru then tell me they don't got nothing...walking around high as hell. Lovely. These people don't work they grab things and walk around dumbfounded

Truly wish I could give this place a minus 5 stars. Fed up with incompetent idiots wanting paid $15-$20 an hour when they can't even put a burger on a bun without it only being half on the bun. & just got a regular cheeseburger that was so disgustingly burnt & shriveled that my dog wouldn't even eat it. Only thing I can figure is they are ou of burgers, cuz there NO OTHER EXPLANATION for food being sent out like that. And I'm beyond fed up with hearing, "bring it back" first off ain't no one got the time nor gas to be doing all that, just for your nasty ass employees to be doing something worse to someones food!! Calling corporate AGAIN, & maybe when then get sick of handing out free food vouchers, they will do something about the absolute disgusting service you get at this location & many others!! If you don't know how to put a burger on abunch, & to not send out burnt ones, then you truly dont deserve to be paid even $5 an hour, cuz thats ridiculous, & somethinga 5 yr old could manage!!! The level of complete incompetence is mind blowing!!!
I went there and they served me cold food and I found out I was missing 3 sandwiches (that were 4 my kids) when I got home. I tried calling the whole way back there but they had the phone off the hook. So I went back through the drive thru line and after just letting me sit there for 5 minutes the guy from grill came up to make himself a drink and I flagged him down and told him what happened. Then he told the assistant manager who said her name was Annie she was super rude and yelling at me telling me she made my food right and she's not giving me any free food, and she will send me gift cards in the mail. She then tried to keep my receipt. I'm calling first thing in the morning to make a formal complaint. I've never been so insulted by a customer service worker like that ever.
