I go here often and until now I've never had a problem of any kind. The food is great, the service is quick even when there is a line. But just now I was caught off guard by the young man at the drive through doing a poor indian accent for some reason. It just seemed very tasteless and disrespectful to that demographic of people. There were two people at the window and im shocked the girl wasn't saying anything to correct him.

You do have to say I do drive out of my way to come to the east Waterloo road McDonald's the service is always good my food is always correct and the staff is always really nice. It is appreciated when you've had a long day at work

We waited in the drive through for a while without being acknowledged. We moved to the other lane, were greeted, asked to wait, and then they took our order.
The McFlurries weren't mixed.

Every time I go to this McDonald's, the biscuits are harder than a ball or a brick. You can bounce them off the wall. The food is cold, always wait forever. In line it to drive through for the money that we pay for the food and the amount of time that we have to wait on the food is ridiculous. It should be a hell of a lot better than what we're getting for the money that we're paying this McDonald's sucks. And they are rude.

Seriously? I had to pull off the road and search my glove box for a spoon to get the tartar off the side of the box and onto the fish. This location is usually better than this. No excuse for this, especially considering what we pay for McDonald’s
