Stopped here on my way to work tonight 12/15/2025 around 9:40 pm and ordered a Carmel frappe. Not only did I sit at the window for 10 minutes but I also drove away with a milkshake instead of a frappe or a refund. Never asked for a milkshake and was never informed they did not have it available, which could be the only reason I can think for you to not give me what I paid for. Not happy at all!

It takes 8 seconds to log into your Google business profile and list your location as being closed for the holiday. That's 40 minutes I'm never going to get back
Went through the drive thru, for a quick lunch. You can count on McDonald's to satisfy that taste.

I live near here and stop through the drive through often, Daniel who works the voice box and takes my order has been an impeccable joy to talk to no matter the day. He’s always in a great mood cracking jokes and kind. He’s the kind of drive through worker I love to see. He’s definitely kept me coming back, he’s so wonderful and makes a big impact in such a small amount of time!

Today on 10/11/2025 @ 09:22am while waiting for my food I was watching the worker (tall caucasian male with black glasses) who had the liberty to take his index FINGER (no gloves) and swipe the top of the whip cream off the frappe. After asking to replace the drink, the worker decides to LIE and states “no I didn't, I had caramel on my pinkie” , I then say “ yes you did, I just watched you”
Then proceeds to finally remake the drink.

09/10/2025. I pulled up at 8:50a and didn’t get my order taken til 9:08a. For about a week now it’s been horrible service in the morning. I called into the McDonalds and whomever is Hailey was so rude. This will be my last time coming to this McDonalds.

Bad service. The guy in the drive thru blamed me for his mistake. Got the wrong size item and he claimed that's the size I said even though I know it wasn't. I could tell I'd get nowhere so I dropped it. He was too busy being in a hurry to properly pay attention even though the restaurant was dead. My sister lives closer to this location and has never liked it.

Ordered a delivery order that was supposed to have a 20pc nugget, 1 large fry. Instead received 2 large fries, and 1 10pc nugget. The nuggets weren’t even close to edible. Rock hard. Also had a shake on the order. They didn’t send a straw with it.

Asked them to make fries with no salt, they add alot of salt on some old fries. By the way i have blood pressure problems. Then i said oranga franta no ice, they added ice. I work in the food industry myself and can tell who tired, and dont care and wanna go home instead of caring for the company.
They got only two stars because the nuggests was fresh as i guess they made some fresh after running out as they was about to close.

Brad , D and the whole crew on the evening Sunday July 14th, 2025 were excellent. So chill as a crew I though I was in a library or a 5star establishment. They worked like a well oiled machine. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. They could convert me back to a McDonald’s eater and a regular. It wasn't just me they were courteous and helpful to all. I thought Id driven up in a Delorean. These were classic and a class act. The environment was rewarding to dine in because it was well appointed and the cleanliness was superb front of the house, kitchen and bathroom. For the first time in a long time I felt appreciated as a customer and was happy to support this company. If its not out of your way make your way to this McDonalds its worth its weight in Gold and they’ll treat u like it. Shout out to the owner and gm, you picked well. This was not just good for McDonalds this was top three recent restaurant experiences this year. Peace.

French fries is cold and dark as heck. The girl taking the money through drive thru,she Don’t say your total , don’t say hi or thanks she needs fired. She has no customer service skill. Young light skin girl. 330Pm 7/8/2025. Next time I may not be nice back
