I had with him talking about how much better he's doing because he's lowered his carb intake. Bill is his name they want him to retire but he's driving on and trying to get better. Daniel always had a smile the whole time he was in the restaurant. I appreciate this type of attitude and what a pleasant experience and I would come back I'm a trucker just delivering plants up the street.Ironically, the lady taking my order across the street at Valley Café kind of barked at me in a sense when I was trying to yes I will take the special omelette. Is that what you said omelette then she said, are you eating here or out? I said I don't know yet. She said we don't take orders like this over the phone. I said well then forget it. I might across the street I said I'm right across the street , then I said forget it.Regardless, I ended up spending eight dollars buying a blender to eat healthier anyway at the thrift store and a thermos and then eating at McDonald's and using the app. Thanks you guys good luck across the street lol

Literally the slowest McDonald's that's ever existed. It's been this way for years. I didn't mind so much when I was 23 and hammered after the valley but now that I actually live by this place as an adult I realized what a terrible location this is ?

Went 2/27 @ 4:45. Girl at the first window was on her phone and didn't even acknowledge us until she was done with whatever she was looking at. Sat at the 2nd window for nearly 5 minutes without being acknowledged before being handed a bag. Terrible service.

I can't understand what I'm getting here literally every time that requires me to pull forward and wait for someone to physically walk out my food. If I wanted to wait for that I would go to swensons literally every time, who would wait for this? The drive thru is basically a self sustaining system if you serve the food in order you cannot get backed up because there can only be so many cars in line before no more orders can be placed. Absurd.

Recently I had a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, the burger patty was not the usual quarter pounder patty, more like the Big Mac patty. Today we had Big Macs (because I didn't want to be disappointed in the quarter pounder, again) and a McDouble. All three sandwiches were made with those tiny, thin patties that look like a kids burger. For the cost of eating at McD anymore, this is ridiculous!!! This location has been very inconsistent with hours, take credit cards/don't take credit cards, out of products, etc.

Use the drive thru at your discretion because one young lady is a crabby person who shouldn't be manning the second window. She has a bad attitude and snaps at customers when talked to. Her attitude and job performance are hurting the brand.

you guys hired a mute at the payment window. she didnt give me a receipt. didnt say hello. didnt say good bye. didnt tell me how much my order was. just took my card and barely could open her mouth when i was ordering. when i got my did the guy who handed me it was rude as hell. fix your workers cuz that terrible customer service also heard him screaming curse word after curse word
