Rude service at night, cold, greasy, hard fries, old food, a charcoal bun, Dirty restaurant, saw employees playing in the back. Has to be one of the worst locations in Northeast Ohio.

I ordered online and I had to wait 45 minutes before I even got it and it was cold then when we got it we only got our dinner box ut was missing my snack wrap and 10 peice im very disappointed they couldn't do there job there wasnt even 10 nuggets in the dinner box I counted this is very unprofessional!

Very ignorant staff always sitting never serving or saying thankyou or please I always pay for sauce to never get it and my food thrown in the bag
came through the drive thru didn’t get our food for 20-30mins after being told by a blue haired girl to pull around and not up. some lady in the window walked away but loudly said something but us being high when we weren’t. then bridget the nice and lovely manager solved the issue by giving us coupons. we opened the bag of food and one of the meals was wrong though. now i get to deal with a upset husband after he worked a 13 hr shift.

Service was horrible. Went to get the mix and match snack wrap meal. Was told they didnt have that so I just orded the spicy wrap meal to be told I can only get a Mcflurry to drink...... not sure what was going on.
Always fast and they rarely mess up my order
