This is one of the worst McDonald's in this area. I'd rather drive the extra mile and a half to the other McDonald's in Manchester then waste my time at this location. We don't eat here all the time but when we do they always screw up our order. I came through today and ordered a few things and at the window when I got my food I looked in and I was missing a sandwich. When I waved the gentleman at the window down and told him that I was missing a sandwich they treated me like I was lying when I clearly was showing them the bag that what I ordered was not in there. The staff look uninterested and take their time. Then I got home and the small fry literally had 10 fries in it. This location needs a makeover with friendly staff and better service. The lady at the pay window was nice and other than the handout window treated me like a lying thief he at least said have a good day even though it wasn't in a friendly tone but I get it.

I used to remember when getting a large French fries meant getting a large amount of fries.... but now seems to mean getting a large bill for a very little amount of fries. I ordered a large fries with my meal, and besides barely being warm, the fries were not visible until you looked down into the box. Didn't a large fry used to have fries sticking out of the top of the container? Not anymore.

Most McDonald's are good, however this one is excellent. At this store someone has taught their younger generation to actually pay attention to their customers and to smile. At 230 in the morning! They are absolutely marvelous they're on their job there's no wait, no line, even if there's a lot of people. They are the exact opposite of Taco Bell on Wooster Rd. (Do yourself a favor, Never go there). Not only are the employees courteous and smile for you but they are open 24 hours! No matter what shift that you work you can still get food. From polite employees. This is so extremely rare these days. The ratings only go from 1 to 5, yet had I been able to fill in a number, you guys would have gotten a perfect 10. Thank you thank you thank you. ?
