I went thru drive thru on East Exchange in Akron & there was 1 car ahead of me & no customers inside, ordered at 5:40pm, 1 car ahead of me, sat there 15 mins then when I was up they asked what I ordered, no one behind me, I saidcheeseburger, no onions or pickles, 2 for $6, nuggets & small fries, waited 14 mins, asked to talk to manager they wouldn't let me, took a bite of burger, big onion & pickles, I'm allergic to onions, ice cold nasty fries & old cold chicken nuggets, threw...read full review
Today did it for me. I eat breakfast at this McDonalds nearly every day of my life and it's usually simple..a 2 dollar bundle and a tea. But everytime I order a big breakfast with hotcakes the issues start..either getting no butter when you ask for extra or as in the case of this mornings visit I got no syrup. Why is getting what you ask for always an issue? Money spends anywhere I just always chose you guys but its ridiculous now.. so in closing I'm going to throw these hot takes...read full review
Ask for a sandwich and get something totally opposite. seriously just give up on this location. been 30 years and you still can't get it right. So shut down and move a real fast food business in there... The whole community wins!!! you'll be gone and we can have decent food on the corner!!!!!! AWFUL. HORRIBLE and HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDED....
