I have never seen a more staffed McDonald's, and have never had slower service. When we walked in, there was an employee sleeping at one of the tables. We ordered our food and found a table. At first we thought our food was lost, because we were seated in the play place. But it turned out they just hadn't started making it yet. After 20 minutes, we finally had our meal. After eating, the kids playing, and a little over an hour passed, we went to leave, passing by the same sleeping employee, now snoring, and a manager (in a t-shirt?) walked by, shaking her head.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The line on the other side of me sat there going nowhere while our cars moved one at a time every 3 to 5 minutes. I ordered a double cheeseburger, small fry, small coffee with cream, and an apple pie. When I finally got my food a half an hour later I received a cold single cheeseburger, small fry dumped all over the inside of the bag, cold unidentifiable (not apple) pie, and large hot water with cream. I threw it out and went somewhere else. There hasn't been a time I've stopped at this location that I received the proper order in any reasonable amount of time. Go literally anywhere else.

I ordered food, I got my food and I had to come back and fix my quarter pounder. I've never had to come back and fix my order before so this was the first. So after I came back the staff was pretty much rude to me for no reason so I'm never comming back. :)

This McDonalds is not good. I first had to use the restroom. When I entered there were two employees hanging out in there, not using the facilities. Awkward. Our food took about 20 minutes!! For three breakfast sandwiches. After I finally received my sandwich, the bread was hard and the sandwich was not good. I understand I went to McDonalds for a quick meal and I am realistic about my expectations. If it is this bad in sight of the customer, I don't want to know what goes on in the back.

I never usually leave reviews but this is the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. The McNuggets were stale, I received the wrong sauce on my wrap, and the worker at the drive through face palmed and rolled her eyes at me when I accidentally pulled up to the wrong window. Complete waste of money because I couldn’t even eat the wrap. Totally unacceptable. Do not come to this McDonalds

Yeah not even sure where to start on this one. Slowest service ever for the amount of people working there, employees make it very apparent they do not care. I saw one lady ask an employee for help and he said “I ain’t on the clock”. If I was the franchise owner I would terminate every single worker and start fresh. Even the manager seemed to not care. Can’t imagine how the food is treated before it’s served. Oh and yeah 20 minutes for a happy meal seems a bit excessive. Go next door to five guys, better food and service.

Went inside, first red flag was a customer complaint to staff that he's been waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes.
We place our order and wait for someone to come back up to the counter to take the ticket order the self ordering kiosk printed. After waiting 15 mins and watching them stare at us from the back we left frustrated, ignored, and hungry.
We will not return
Why cant we just have real people at the front to take our orders?
Inside is uninviting, a prison cafeteria has more hospitality.
Staff was friendly and professional but drive thru service was slow, and the cheeseburgers and fries were only mildly warm and unsalted. Plus I’m used to napkins and ketchup packets in the bag, but there were none. Wouldn’t keep me from stopping again, but disappointing based on others McDonald’s experiences.

This is the slowest most understaffed place I have ever been. Unless you have alot of time to kill avoid at all costs. You will be waiting 30 minutes at least for a small order-every time.

I know it's just fast food, but holy moly is this location consistently terrible. They absolutely cannot handle a double lane drive thru. Either one lane or the other is going to get ignored. Today's adventure was the inside lane. There was a utility truck doing work on the building so it was a loud truck, not their fault, but you couldn't hear anything on the speaker and I'm sure they couldn't hear anyone speaking on it. So after the outside lane took 3 orders before me, I said, well heck, I'll just pull ahead to the first window to order since no one can hear each other. Big mistake, told the worker at the first window the situation and just a deer in headlights, seemed like I was asking them about quantum physics or something. We just couldn't figure out how to take an order at the window. Was told to drive around again or go inside to order. So after waiting 20 minutes or so just to hear that it's incredible. I can't understand how this location still operates.
