Let’s just say I wish I would’ve downloaded the McDonald app a long time ago. You get to use a new deal once every visit. Makes it so much cheaper. Not just that you earn crazy points for free food. So if you go there a lot, download the app… if you haven’t already! The customer service at this location is to my satisfaction. The food is always hot!

This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to I can't count on one hand how many times they have forgot to give me something or have screwed my order up there food is terrible cold or overcooked it's literally paying for trash I would not recommend this mcdonalds to anyone ever if there was a no star option that's what I would've gave and it took alot of times because I gave them chance after chance but this morning I ordered one mcmuffin and it was cold the muffin was soggy it was terrible and like I said I don't normally rate places but this is the worst one and I've been to alot hope this helps someone I wouldn't give them 2 pennies out of my pocket this was the last time I'm going there I would drive 100 miles to just not have to go here

Everyone in the store was scared to death cause I was in a Duster and an under armor storm beanie (an Australian Trench coat is a duster). Everyone was on edge. FFS it is 9 degrees outside and I just left the doctor office still sick on oxygen. No one manned the drink station and had to wait 15 mins for a drink (Sweet Tea) when I cottonmouth after i received my food. Take away the customer fills the cup coke dispenser station and the sweet/unsweet tea dispensers... what the hell. Place was clean. Great food. Slow service with drinks. Enjoy whatever I have being sick.
Kid-friendliness: Has a nice playground atmosphere. And people loitering in the double door space asking for money... ridiculous..
We had a simple order... a medium coke0, a medium reg coke w/ extra ice, and a small cop of water for our dog, no ice, please (and we said we were willing to pay for the water. RESULT: A Diet coke, a Dr Pepper (made my sugar skyrocket within 15 minutes, and a cup of ice. We asked them to give us water no ice. We got carbonated water with ice... and got back on the freeway frustrated. Only later, when my sugar level soared did I realize that the drink was regular. Kill the diabetic why don't you?!! Never will stop there again!

Tri had trouble at the drive-through. The speaker wasn’t going through on one side and then when I finally did get up to someone she was screaming in my ear I was talking normally and she started bitching and complaining about why I was yelling and I was talking normal into the speaker, which clearly is broken
The rudest employees ever. And not working very well. Only go there if you want to be abused.
