To the rude night shift worker with blue hair and a headset…Just do your job. Don’t turn your back to customers. Especially when they are talking to you you’re still open at 10:30 on a Thursday. If you can’t do the job….get a new one. If I was your boss I would fire you.

Spent hours at the car dealer and an hour and a half away from home. . Left hungry and went to McDonald's Drive thru. Burger was not exec lukewarm.. it was cold. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

Tends to be slow, food is occasionally not excellent quality, but mostly the service is not great. Multiple times, I have been given an incorrect order due to the staff not paying attention and overlooking the order details.

I stood at the counter to order and I was ignored. Took 15 min. to get 1 sandwich! The worker that came up got rude with another customer. She was cursing at the other customer. She said she didn't know what to do and didn't go get someone who knew what to do. I finally got my sandwic was going to ask for salt and pepper but she threw my bag on the counter and walked away. No salt, pepper or napkins!! Horrible people and service!!

I will check my coffee from now on. I just picked up an inside order to go (order #619) the coffee (large 1cream) wasn’t in the slightest warm and it looked more cream than coffee. It had to be sitting longer than I was there waiting 👎 to be room temperature. I will give them a pass as this is the first time that has happened. But now I will check my coffee before I leave.
