12-9-24. 8 pm. The food wasn't correct. When we finally got our order, it was cold. The fries seemed undercooked and tasted like raw potatoes. The staff looked confused. The manager acted as if they could do no wrong at all. She should have focused more on the training video but obviously she is just there for the pay check not actually managing and trying to keep what employees are still there hanging on

Ordered through the app and the manager said I couldn't get the sauces I ordered cause I didn't order nuggets. I guess sauce is only for nuggets and after asking for my sauces she told me tuff luck and to screw off. Thanks mcdonald's.

When they put cheese on a hamburger 😭 the bun was hard and the cheese smelled so bad.. the fries were old and way too much salt. Not even worth going back to have it fixed

Unreal. Oatmeal was literally a cup of water with a few grains in it. No spoon. Breakfast burritos were almost empty. Unbelievable.

My pumpkin spice coffee didn't taste like pumpkin spice. That's after I left the other one down the street and IT didn't taste like pumpkin spice. I went to the Barberton location and IT DID taste like pumpkin spice. 3rd time is the charm, I guess.

I was passing through and stopped. Most of the employees were outside smoking. No one washed their hands, just came back in, put on a glove, and started working. I didn't get everything but couldn't get anyone's attention. Because they were all engrossed in their conversation.
