It’s a shame because this McDonalds location wasn’t terrible in the past. If you enjoy normal customer service, this place won’t offer that. Don’t come here unless you have no other options! They seem to have dropped their hiring standards to take any person they can find.

I suggest going to a different McDonald's where there's nicer employees like on Waterloo rd. I went to this McDonald's today on arlington road and left totally disappointed. I got an oreo ice cream with extra fudge and extra oreo and then the manager gives me my ice cream which had NOTHING hardly in it it was like pure vanilla..i kept arguing with her politely asking for the extra i paid for and she denied it to me and said this extra food is being taken out of employees free foods. Then she hands my mom a hot fudge sundae with nothing but pure fudge and barely any ice cream (which i compared them to her) She then tried to lie to me and said the extra stuff i paid for was in the bottom of the cup and i checked it.. i ended up getting a refund which she threw away..and she got way more nasty with me so we were arguing i told her she lost my service She was very rude and rolling her eyes and did not give me simply what I asked for. The managers name was bobby that serviced me. I also called the receipt and made a complaint

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS IF YOU WANT THE WORST FOOD POISONING OF YOUR LIFE! I had order a large fry that’s literally it, while eating it had a weird after taste if fried in very old dirty grease. The inside even looks dirty and unkept. Please save yourself from the pain and the disgust.

Cold fries, asked for extra ketchup and it was everywhere on my McDouble.
It's pretty bad when you're in Green & you've become one of the worst McDonalds in all of Akron
Staff is slow. Food is not prepared right or well. Orders are often wrong. Food normally doesnt even taste like Mcdonalds food. It tastes old or unseasoned or something.
Literally this location is not even as good as the McD's on Waterloo or Market which is saying something. I normally do what i did today, ordered my free frappe w my points at this location bc it's about all i trust them with & then ordered my breakfast down the road at Waterloo. Oh and i still had to wait 5 mins for a single frappe when there was literally 1 person in the drive thru when i pulled in

To start with I hate ordering at the kiosk. I did manage to alter my double quarter pounder with no onions and no pickles however as the tag on my sandwich indicated no onions or pickles they were still on the sandwich. The fries were pretty chilly, too. A disappointing and impersonal experience.

To the rude night shift worker with blue hair and a headset…Just do your job. Don’t turn your back to customers. Especially when they are talking to you you’re still open at 10:30 on a Thursday. If you can’t do the job….get a new one. If I was your boss I would fire you.
