These people are not very nice. They bark " is that all, even if you are in the middle of a sentence. Listening skills is part of customer service and I feel like they are very impersonal every time I stop to get my child a meal.

Always a wait for food. Fries are cold in the bag before nuggets are even cooked. Portions are skimpy (see photo). Not comfortable giving staff my card to pay in the drive

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Very rude, and my order was completely wrong. Took 35 minutes to get through the drive thru and after waiting at the third window they gave me the completely wrong order. If you can’t find good employees just close the place. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

Management needs to quit worrying about making time quotas and let the workers make those decisions. Every time I come here doesn't matter how busy it is they have you pull around front. Doesn't matter the size of the order either. The workers then wait to bring out 2 or 3 orders at a time. Which I don't blame them who would want to go in and out in and out all day long especially when weather is bad. Today had so many people waiting for food they were blocking flow of traffic in parking lot but drive thru was empty. Again not workers fault its management. Guessing they get some sort of bonus for having the best times. Workers do a good job given the direction they been given by management. Food pretty decent compared to other nearby locations.

Had a good experience at this McDonald's. The Manager was friendly and attentive. Ordered the dinner box and they brought it out on trays, but I explained my husband and I were going to eat our chicken nuggets and fish sandwich onsite, but take the rest home for my son. He went and grabbed the box and apologized for the inconvenience. It was nothing I am capable of putting the box together and adding the food to it myself. I think the employees at this McDonald's should be treated with respect and they deserve it. The store was clean as well.
