I placed an order thru the mobile app. Somehow my preferred location was changed and the order went to the McDonald's store on 25 Thornton st akron oh. On March 11th at 615am. I called 5 times. They answered 2 times once a man and once a woman, I told them my problem asked to cancel the order and refund my money. They both hung up on me then didn't answer the phone the next 3 times I called. So now I won't get my food or my $ back. Obviously the employees they have working there are lazy and don't want to do their job. The customer service I received from this McDonald's was the worst customer service I've gotten in my lifetime. I highly recommend never going to this McDonald's as their employees are rude, unfriendly, offer horrible customer service and if u call and they answer they will act like you are doing something wrong then hang up on u. B4 they hang up on u they make sure to say that ur an idiot and not to call back. I'm going to call the BBB and report this issue

I didn’t think to ask the young lady’s name, but I spoke to her manager about her. The young lady is the embodiment of McDonald’s gold standards of service.She recognizes me as a regular mobile order customer as soon as I walk into the restaurant. Today, she saw me, laughed and said “You know I usually have your order ready!” She’s right, she usually does - which is why I didn’t care about the short wait at all today. She even noticed that I changed up my order. This young lady is just the most pleasant, hardworking crew. I wish she would have been on my crew when I was a McDonald’s manager.Rubber City McDonald’s owner/operator(s) need to recognize her.
