I work around there and used to get lunch but that place is just awful, they mess up your order then blame it on you and call you a liar. They make up their own prices for sauces one day it’s 40 cents the next it’s 25, they always give you unsweetened tea instead of sweetened and they rarely ever let you use your coupon and if they do best believe they are gonna make you regret it. They always act like you are bothering them when they literally work there this place just sucks drive the extra 10 to get to Norton.

It's a shame because I used to work for Rubber City Arches ( not this location, thank God) and let me tellnyou the store might be clean but the staff is clueless on what to do and not very efficient in taking an order. Also they direct you to use the self check out menu ( which is the most annoying and hated ) I don't like using it and it's annoying and stupid and senseless. And I used to work in back making sandwiches and let me tell you some of them guys they got back there now are slow and inefficient, They prefer to talk over working and are sloppy in putting the food together. The food is sloppy and rushed, excessive amounts of mayo and condiments on the sandwich. Will be eating here much less and less
