I ordered Carmel Cappuccino and was given a Frappe.i think that someone need to give this store real training.if you can't tell the difference between a Cappuccino and a Frappe then you shouldn't work there. I've never seen so much incompetent people in one place.

Terrible service. I stood at the counter for around 10 minutes while employees saw me and didn’t bother to help. When I finally did order, the food took forever to come out. Slow, unprofessional, and not worth the wait.

I really don't understand how McDonald's has went so downhill and got so expensive, my son and i got meals it came to $36 , 2 sand. fries and a drink! And I wasn't impressed with the service because of bad attitudes. They need to eat their own happy meals and smile!!!!!

Never been anywhere as rude as this location. Shift supervisor or manager threw out my food i ordered through the app because she didn't feel i got there in a timely fashion. She also felt justified in badmouthing me loudly saying she didn't care if i heard. Nevemind I was across the street after waiting all night in the ER; she was rude as to the girl on the phone at corporate too. When I complained about it no one from the location bothered to contact me. Months go by and I thought give them a try when the snack wrap came back. Shocker older gal on the headset snapped at me because I waited for her to let me know she was ready. The only voice that came through was the automated one she said nothing but apparently we are supposed to use our Xray vision or crystal ball to know she's ready. Yeah guess I should be happy the morning and night shift people are equally awful. So if poor service and mid-tier food is your kink hit them up
