They ignored me standing at the counter multiple times to engage in interpersonal drama and the when I asked to be let into the bathrooms they insisted I buy something first. Horrible, never coming back until it’s under a new ownership completely.

What good is a review of McDonalds? You know what they have. You know their level of customer service. Do people read reviews of a specific McDonald's and then decide to go across the street to Burger King? I'm not so sure fast food customers are so discerning.

I will not go to any McDonald's for anything, again.
Filthy. Dirty. Absurd. Tiny portions, bad attitudes, too pricey for the assembly-line garbage you get.

Hire people that want to work with the public. Every McDonald's I have been to in the last 5 years is staffed with clock punchers who could care less about their customers.
To he'll with this bloated corporation and their vomitous, wretched quasi-food.

Customer ⚠️ Warning: Check you bag before you leave!

I go to the behavioral health for my therapy and I usually go to their small kitchen and get me a sausage egg and cheese sandwich but today I wanted to try the spicy sausage egg and cheese McMuffin when I pulled up to the drive-through I try to give them my code She asked me what my order is and couldn’t hear me like three times and I could barely hear her over the intercom because it was so low so when I pulled up to the first window, I asked her if she hurt my order and she ignored me and gave me my total and I asked her if she got my Code so I can get reward points and she said it didn’t work. It already been used before which was strange never mind order a spicy sausage, egg and cheese Mc griddle and a small coffee. I went to the second window and the manager was there and I thought about telling her what happened but I decided just get my order as long as my order was correct which it wasn’t by time I got to the hospital, she had ordered me a HAM, egg and cheese mcMuffin.

I feel like if she was just more focused on saying hello and making sure that she heard me instead of trying to quickly get me to pay we would’ve been able to correct the mistake. I’m very disappointed at the same time it’s McDonald’s so what are you gonna do? I hope they get better at their Customer Service.

This McDonald's location is a definite no-go. The restaurant was filthy, and the clientele made me want to get my food and leave as quickly as possible—definitely not a place to bring your family. My mobile order sandwich was a mess, confirming this will be my last visit.

I will never come to this McDonald's again. The employees are always in a bad mood and the cashier seems to be deaf. They have tremendous garbage as employees, none of them are good.the restaurant is always dirty

They closed early and I had to fight tooth and nail to get my food the employee came to the door and told me they’re dining room closes at 8 pm when it clearly states online and on the door there dining room doesn’t close till 9 she had said she can’t do anything her manager on shift on Wednesday march 5th at 8pm told her to lock the door I had to knock on the windows to get anyone’s attention and saw people inside sleeping at the table and more people getting food but yet I was told I couldn’t get my food. This is so unprofessional and I think this McDonald’s should be shut down or get new staff and train them right because I’ve had multiple times where they’ve closed early and wouldn’t let me in or had just been flat out rude to me I shouldn’t have to deal with this and hen I simply wnat food from a fast food place this is astonishing and I will never come back here again after what I’ve had to deal with all these times I’m fed up with all of the fighting and arguing to simply receive what I had paid for on the app. I’m tired of this the owner needs to get their staff in line it’s very frustrating.

Not once, but twice, my burgers had no onion, no pickles and just a stain of ketchup and mustard. On the first visit the assistant manager said my sandwiches were normal, and the onions were cooked into the raw hamburger. A higher up manager overheard, and admonished the employee who was preparing food, and corrected the assistant manager. She then proceeded to put the proper condiments on my burgers. I went back a month later, and the same food preparer did the same thing!!
It's no wonder there are stereotypes....

They messed up my 2 happy meals I got for my grandbabies. None of the employees that i seen was not wearing anything that looked like a McDonald's uniform & they seemed like they really didn't care to be there or even notice that I was there. I had to stop @ another McDonald's to get another order of fries due to 1 of my happy meals not having any; only a 4 piece nuggets & a toy. This place really does not even deserve a star; if I could give a negative star rating i would.
