The service here has come a long way lately. I ordered a cup of coffee and they brewed a fresh pot for me instead of serving me old burnt coffee (and I didn’t even have to ask for this courtesy.) I went inside and the staff was very friendly.

The best staff I love them. They always make sure you feel well taking care of and are fast and so polite. The manager in the morning is the sweetest when the McDonald’s on Canton Road and Waterloo Road told me they couldn’t help me with my app she did and I was very grateful to her ever though they have nothing to do with the app she still tried to make sure I got grate service well recommended McDonald’s ❤️☺️

I used to be a manager for this franchise for the summer months of June-September. I was a new manager to the market and to the area of Akron, was highly pissed off. During my 1st month of employment there me and the assistant general manager had an exchange of words, followed by me and another manager who worked the night shift.
