i came through the drive thru and ordered a fry, burger, and nuggets. when i got home, i went to eat my fries and there was a long blonde hair in the bag of fries. then, i drove back and got a replacement. i felt skeptical so i parked in the parking lot and ate. as i was eating my burger, there was a straight brown piece of hair inside. i politely asked for a refund and the manager demanded the food back, had an attitude and slammed the window after having to give me the refund.

This McDonalds is easily one of my favorites! Always prompt/efficient, food has always been hot and fresh, they seem to follow corporate policies very well. If order isn't ready at the windows, they pull it forward to keep the line moving. They also follow special instructions to a T. Highly satisfied with the performance of this location. Customer service, quality, everything! Good job everyone

I always wait forever. I place my order in advance, and I still wait up to 10 minutes. Every time without fail. I cannot depend on this service for my lunch breaks because they cannot have orders in advance ready. I think this is more due to how the App works, waiting to place my order until I am about to arrive.
