ordered through the mcdonalds app order was canceled a hour later… ordered again called the store “ LATOYA “ this food has been sitting here since 6:15 pm and i received the food at 7:25 pm. smh do better and she’s the manger yeah okay they hiring anybody

This location would have gotten Zero's across the board if possible. Make sure to check your receipts, cause they will blindly tell you a number and the receipt will say something completely different then tell you to pull to the side while they count a drawer to find the drepency. I was over charged 10% on what I ordered. McDonalds is a rip off. The service, and food quality are terrible, but the prices keep going up, thats odd. This location is a dumpster fire and have a lot of trash working there, especially the manager from this morning. I will say be careful what you say, cause they threaten you with the cops if you don't comply. 🤣.

Bought a dinner box and it was the worse food I've ever gotten from a fast food place the big Macs look like they came out of the trash the lettuce was nasty all of it was it was cold also the fries were hard as a rock so today I've filed a complaint with headquarters which I'm sure they will do nothing we will sed

We went through the drive-thru and ordered two things. Three different people asked us for our order three different times so we gave it to them three different times nicely..... calmly.... It was just TWO breakfast sandwiches no special orders and they still got it wrong. I wasn't paying the passenger was and I didn't realize that they left a sandwich out. I don't know where I've been I guess not buying McDonald breakfast sandwiches because one of them cost $5.80 . I was smiling and trying to be nice and the lady at the first window was very nice the passenger paid with a card and there was no problem. Then we rolled up to the second window and she was very upset. Why???? I have no idea 😔. There was only one sandwich in the bag we figured out that they didn't charge it for the other sandwich so we said we would pay for the sandwich here so we didn't have to go around again and wait in line and then them tell us that breakfast was over. The lady said she would have to walk all the way to the first window to run the card again and I said okay. He paid for the other sandwich and then they tell us to pull around to the door. We waited and finally the sandwich came out and the lady was still very upset and gave me the dirtiest look and for what I don't know going through her line that morning???? She was an older woman ... . maybe the manager.....and she shouldn't be angry with me because she is the one who made the choice in her life to work at McDonald's. I'm extremely upset about the way we were treated. "I never go here" said the man that the sandwiches were for. "They always get the order wrong and the service is terrible." I can understand if something's going wrong or someone's having a bad day or if we were being aggressive and causeing a problem when there wasn't one but we weren't. I can be very patient and not post bad reviews on people because people need their job. I understand that people have bad days things happen but to be treated the way that we were treated was totally wrong. I recommend that NO one goes to the McDonald's on Vernon Odom Boulevard EVER!!!!

Food was decent. Service was difficult to deal with, considering I placed my order at kiosk. The staff and management seemed to be more interested in themselves than helping customers. Almost like the customers where an inconvenience to them. Dining room was disgusting, would definitely not eat in this restaurant. Is every mcdonalds headed this direction? If so, they should really considering going all robots. Atleast I would get decent service and clean environment.

Had came through the drive through yesterday and had a missing item. Tried calling the McDonalds I spoke to someone they then hung up on me. I called a back they were supposed to take my name came back the next day and nothing. Very disappointing.
