Why is your drive through so slow. It is infuriating. The line doesn't move sometimes for ten minutes. What is going on. It is everytime, Figure it out.

Got a quarter pounder meal here a few weeks ago and it was delicious. Visited yesterday and had atrocious service. Place reeks of horrific management. Was forced to pull up so they could cheat the timer. Fries were soggy and they outright refused to give me sauce, even though it was clearly on the receipt. And you want 20 an hour? You don't deserve 2 if you can't perform basic tasks.

I don't know what's happening here, but twice over the fall while we were out here for soccer we sat and waited for over 40 mins for food. Watched it sitting there on trays and by the time we got it our fries were ice cold.

We ended up out this way today, and figured there was no way we'd have a repeat of the last couple times as it was 3pm not lunch, and there was no one in the drive through. We sat there for over forty minutes without even getting our drinks. Ordered at 2:51pm asked for our money back after 3:30pm. McDonald's shouldn't be taking longer than a sit down restaurant. Coming from someone who's been a waitress most her life- customer service is everything. Keep your customers updated, bring them their drinks, and if it's going to take forever- let them know! I'd get it if it was a huge order, but it wasn't.

The customer service is HORRIBLE..no one addresses anyone.. coffee ordered was made very poorly..
And the manager in the front ignores customers on the front counter.
Seems drive thru is always first REGARDLESS OF TICKET ORDERS IN ALL MCDONALD'

This is the worst McDonald’s in Ohio last week me and my kids were going there I asked for ketchup and a white woman gave me a bag with no ketchup and she asked a young worker to give me a bag of ketchup and he gave me some This is why we’re never going to the McDonald’s on W Exchange Street ever again

Also expect staff to pretend you aren't there for 30 minutes.
