Manager on today 07/21/2025 @3:15pm extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered my food and then used the rest room quickly. As I was walking to the bathroom, she came out block majority of the hallway, not even saying excuse me or hello etc. as I came back to the counter after using the restroom, the manager handed me my food and “don’t bring your scooter in here again” , mind mine folds up, it wasn’t in anyone’s way, it’s my personal scooter. The principle of it all is that she never said, “hi” “hello”, “good afternoon” “have a good day” etc. she called out the order number, rolled her eyes, didn’t even reach to put it in my hand although my hand was to grab my order that she just left on counter space. Had she said “hello” or was nice and welcoming, I would of had a civil conversation with her but after she told me to get my scooter out, and I began to ask questions she walked off from the counter. The second time she came back to counter, I asked her for her name since it’s McDonald’s, in which she ignored me again, not even looking at me but the next customer was a black female and you would of thought it was completely different person by how welcoming and sweet she was. I asked her a third time and declined and said we’re not allowed to give our first name out and walked off. Absolutely felt like it was a race thing due to the fact of how sweet welcoming and nice she was to the black female.
I called McDonald when I got home in which she answered the phone, she hung up on me the first time and the second time she put the phone on mute and set it down. Horribly horrible experience and to think I order from this McDonald’s MINIMALLY X3, WEEKLY. Not anymore, I will be riding down to the further McDonald’s. You. An check my name

How can you be out of Big Mac’s and sweet and sour sauce??? This is the worst managed Mc Donald’s. There is always a problem with your long waited order. God forbid you tell them you didn’t get something and bring it to their attention. They look at you like you are trying to get a free fry. 😂😂😂

I experienced great customer service from Jabrill he was very polite and respectful at the drive thru window when I paid for my food. His parents are doing a great job with this young man. I also made sure I let the manager know as well. Keep up the great work young man.

Ordered breakfast on the app before I arrived. It took 45 minutes to get my food. 45 minutes! I'm not sure if they were understaffed or had received too many orders in a short time frame that they couldn't keep up.
45 minutes for McDonald's/fast food is ridiculous. Most sit down restaurants serve meals faster than that.
Several people who had ordered asked for refunds and left.
Had I known the true wait time, I wouldn't have ordered as I had somewhere I needed to be.
I ordered for counter pick up.
This location has been remodeled/updated. Inside looked clean and new, but the new theme for decor is cold/bland and uninviting IMO.
They were playing extremely loud music in the dining area.
