Just came in order 613. The manager was not attentive to anyone that ordered food inside the building waited 20 minutes for food made incorrectly. You ask for no pickles they definitely put pickles on it. Order the Sunday with extra hot fudge got half a serving of hot fudge shoved on top because they couldn't fit hot fudge with how much ice cream they put in it. Do not advise anyone to stop at this McDonald's horrible staff. The only person that was helpful was a person that told me she was off that day then she got scolded for telling a customer that she was off when she correctly was

This place is the most ghetto disgusting garbage dumpster i have ever been to. Every single time you order they never have anything ready so they always as you to “pull forward” to a waiting spot. Then they just completely forget about you. Today I waited 35 mins for a 5 DOLLAR MEAL DEAL. When i stopped the associate bringing food out to the cars he told me it was taking long because I ordered a biggie bag & they were waiting on my 4 fries. I told him i didn’t even order that & he went back in to make my order he brought it back out & IT WAS STILL WRONG. This is THIRD time i have gone there & they just “forgot about me” as i sat in a waiting space for over 30 mins. Won’t go back.

Came here for lunch and we ordered at 1235 pm and got our 2 big Mac's and nuggets at 1251 and the fries another 7 min later. People use your recipes and text the number and complain. This service is totally unacceptable

Just tried to order food. Nobody answered. Placed a mobile order and they made me sit at the drive thru speaker without acknowledging me. Now I have to get a refund. It’s 11:20 pm and they are refusing me?

I always come in here and they always take so long to finish simple orders like your job is not hard. No hate against the 2nd girl in the window she was polite when you told me to pull to wait for my meal. But I didn’t expect a bitten Big Mac in my dinner box like I wait for this bull. like if your miserable at your job just off yourself simple. But don’t take it out on us if we have to wait for a order that could’ve been done in less than 7 mins.
The service at 840 pm on Dec 21st was horrible. They just keep saying gimme a second but never came back to get the order. HORRIBLE Servixe. Pulled up to place my order and the staff person said they where busy and cursed and then said they can't take orders at the window

I asked how long it would be on my fries and they laugh at me because I asked the simple question like really that is rude. They didn’t say thank you or anything fair didn’t wanna give me a price when I asked how much I owed and I heard somebody in the other drive-through giving them a hard time because they was giving that person a hard time like come on people no reason to be nasty. I got a job. I don’t like, but I gotta get up and go to whatever every single day because I got bills and kids.
