For a McDonald's thats 24/7 the menu being off and the couple employees inside hiding in the back say otherwise. Im disappointed.

Not sure who was working the register and taking orders 12/7/2025 at 1:26 am but this girl was super rude. I was going to leave a survey when I got the receipt but I ended up just leaving and going to the Vernon Odom one because she was so mean and didn’t want to continue ordering . I usually don’t have problems with this McDonalds but this particular female needs to be spoken too. If you don’t like your job QUIT! It takes nothing to be kind.
Every time I come to this location, there’s always an issue either. They can’t find the code on the mobile order or they fail to give me a whole menu item that I ordered and paid for. Sick of this location failing to gove me nuggets or a burger every time!

Any mcdonalds I go to my order has yet to be correct. Add in rude staff who want to be paid to gossip and stand around and you get a disaster. Go anywhere else.

If you're not waiting forever to get your food, the food will be dry, but they are full staffed. However, you see employees watching around, talking okmn their cell phones

This location does not offer “fast” food, ordering anything on the menu could result in a 20 minute wait for your food with no warning. If you order a 6 piece chicken nugget they will gladly take your money and then at the next window tell you they are waiting on nuggets so you have to pull to the side and wait. If you are going to make customers wait that long you should make them aware of that before they decide to purchase.

Why is it when the temperature is above 60 degrees the ☕ coffee is nuclear 🔥 hot but 50 degrees below or snowing 🌨 the coffee matches temperature?

There are times we have really good experiences here and there are times. . . Its not so great. The most recent experience there was one car in the drive through ahead of us. We pulled up on the other side in the other lane. Both cars sat for a good 5 mins before the other car hollered over to us and said she had already been sitting for 5 mins. This location is hardly ever busy and we typically go on a Saturday at 3pm. I have a special needs son who enjoys a happy meal. That being said he doesn't like the apple slices and likes extra fries.
They finally take both of our orders, and we proceed to the window. They are friendly but short, and the order isn't right. We ordered one happy meal, no apples and extra fries. Not only that, but they asked us to pull ahead and wait for our order. We pulled ahead and waited another 5 minutes and the fries weren't fresh but it seems the chicken nuggets were.

I have been to many McDonald’s in my lifetime. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I waited almost an hour 1/2 for a fish sandwich and a fry and they put Mac sauce on it. The workers have a nasty attitude and they need to be trained. it was so many people waiting. It was people outside people inside, and the manager came from the back and then left. I will never go there again and it was filthy. And it was a manager that was very pleasant that I end up getting my money back. The most crazy thing was as she was giving me my money back one of the workers came up to the counter with the food as I was getting my money back, she told him to take it back because I was getting my money back. He gonna ask me why I said I’ve been here an hour and a half he turned around, walked off and said something smart, and I said I know you’re not talking to me. He turned around start walking towards me like he was about to do something. One of the coworkers holding him back like I told her let him !!go !! Young man, I am praying for you. I hope you get your life together and get your attitude adjusted!! you’re gonna pop off at the wrong person it’s not gonna be nice grow up and I will be calling corporate. your store need to be retrained!! and the store was filthy! One more thing to make the long story short, they gave me the wrong food with this other person they actually said did y’all want to switch bags wow!!
