The employees are all great. Always friendly. Always smiling the really only problem I have is. They want to pull you Uber all the time. And then they bring your food out to you if you use the drive through. I don't like pulling over. But I can overlook that with how they're employees treat me.

I ordered a McChicken and a $5 McChicken meal... EVERYTHING I got was OLD and COLD. I'm here traveling for work and couldn't bring it back as I was on my way to work. I had been traveling all day and just wanted something quick...but not old and cold. If I could give a zero...I would. 0/10 don't recommend 👎🏾

Did not even end up eating here. Walked in and every table was dirty. (Food all over the tables.) The floor was disgustingly dirty. Left and went next door to Wendy's.
Food was standard, but took around 15 minutes to get a filet of fish and large fries while 10+ orders went out faster that came after mine.

If you are closed, make sure people cannot order from the app. Also don't let them sit in curbside pickup for 20 minutes. Then don't be rude when they finally drive through the drive thru to find out what's going on. Then don't refuse to refund the order that cannot be refunded through the app. Today you stole money and time from me and yelled at me. Why would I ever want to return! Addendum today I went back trying to get them to make this right and they told me to take it up with my bank. It says right in the app if there's an issue with not getting food the store should take care of the issue. The manager did not care and does not understand what good customer service is. I've had this happen at other McDonald's and they have fixed it without issue. Without customers you have no business. I can't believe how bad I was treated.
