If you are closed, make sure people cannot order from the app. Also don't let them sit in curbside pickup for 20 minutes. Then don't be rude when they finally drive through the drive thru to find out what's going on. Then don't refuse to refund the order that cannot be refunded through the app. Today you stole money and time from me and yelled at me. Why would I ever want to return! Addendum today I went back trying to get them to make this right and they told me to take it up with my bank. It says right in the app if there's an issue with not getting food the store should take care of the issue. The manager did not care and does not understand what good customer service is. I've had this happen at other McDonald's and they have fixed it without issue. Without customers you have no business. I can't believe how bad I was treated.

Me my boyfriend & mom just came here to get shamrock shakes. I ordered 3 with chocolate drizzle on the cups, Oreo peices on top. They gave us them without the drizzle & I said something since I payed for it. All 5 ladies there gave us attitude and was upset that THEY had messed up on my order & had to fix it. They did, but they were all rude about it. 1 star for the attitude ladies 🤦🏽♀️🙄

The order I placed was for the combo meals. When I got home there was no french fries in the order. When I went back the person at the desk gave me an attitude about. She'd put the fries in it and I showed her pictures where there weren't. She filled out the order that I needed and threw it on the counter. If they are going to be like this I'll get rid of my app and start going to Burger King all the time
Not bad for a Mickey D's. My sister and I needed some quick food to take some meds and stopped here. I was shocked that a city fast food restaurant could be so tidy.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s location. 20 minutes drive thru wait when there was only one car in front of me. No apology from the staff. And they messed up my order. Will certainly be avoiding this one in the future.
