This happens to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I have visited in northeast Ohio. The service was outstanding. Their menu had a wide variety of food choices as you can see when reading the menu. A nice selection of delicious tacos with beef, chicken, cheese as well as enchiladas with the same type of protein choices. Offering combinations to please everyone, well at least our party. Their Shrimp cocktail, fish, shrimp entrees, Chalupa was really tasty. As far as combinations, a favorite is always Chile Relleno. They offered various combinations including one Chile Relleno, one Beef Taco and one Chalupa with many more combination platters. But a favorite was the Fajita Cozumel entree. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food.

We ordered Pollo Loco and it was very tasty. Chips and sauce were served while we looked at the menu. We asked for queso sauce as well and used some of that for our tacos. First time here and we were not disappointed. Come check it out!!!

We love Senora, Irene! She’s our favorite waitress! The service is so nice and welcoming! We can eat for about $10 per person here for just a normal meal. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Akron.

My first experience was like going into someone's home and being greeted and served by the parents. If I was entertaining a visitor to Akron, I'd want to take them here because they would leave Akron feeling like it was a hospitable place. We ordered, and got our meals within 10 minutes, hot and delicious. And here's a pic of the painting on the wall by our table.

***UPDATE**** Spoke to our waitress who remained very polite and informed me that sauce was added to meal as opposed to being added as a side. My initial experience with Mi Casa occurred when an event my job hosted served food catered by Mi Casa. The food was phenomenal!
The following day my family and I ordered take out (in person). The wait staff seemed eager to seat us and remained kind espeically after telling them how I was introduced to their establishment.
I verbally went over my order several times with the waitress to ensure that everything we asked for was in fact written on our ticket. She kindly assured me that my prder was in tact and that the additional sides were included by, showing me the ticket where I was charged nearly $80.00 for these items.
They were really busy and it was late, because I'd asked several times and saw the ticket I thanked her and left. However,when I arrived home no peso, no rice.
I immediately made multiple attempts to call the number listed on Google but received no answer just a standard message without the option to leave a message.
I will try again tomorrow to see if they own their error and make restitution for it.
The Customer service was bad waitress came up maybe 2-3 time had an attitude anytime I asked for something handle my drinks and lemons with no gloves

I've lived right down the road from this place for over a year and I don't know why it took me so long to try them. Their food is so good even my really picky son kept telling me those were his favorite tacos he's ever had. I had enchiladas and I finished my whole plate at the restaurant, usually I need a box! Prices are very good too. Will be coming back!
