Four of us went for the first time. I ordered the half Benedict. Explicit on no runny yolk. It cane full order with the rawest running yolks. I said it was runny and the waitress shrugged and said ‘whatever’. My three friends were in awe. After I said it was not edible She took it back with no smile or apology/it did not come back to the table until the other three were nearly done. I asked her to just take the egg off as it was so long a wait. She ignored me. Plus she charged me for the large. I was foolish as I should have just refused the breakfast as the others were done. One friend had the meatloaf and didn’t care for it. We are afraid to go back. Molly browns and bob Evans we go back to. Probably a fluke but throwing $18 plus tip for a non caring service - maybe a bad day with the server as we were about the only customers. Had to leave honest feedback-sadly not real positive. But the pictures look great!
My breakfast was delicious and service was very good. We come here on a regular basis. Especially for the delicious blueberry gluten free bread. This morning, I was stopped by another customer who was upset that her cup of coffee to go was over $3.00. Her receipt said it should be $2.75. But they had charged her an extra 65 cents for a “to go” order. When she asked, they just said it was their policy on “to go” orders. This seems a little outrageous to charge extra for a cup of coffee that she won’t be getting any refills on. Even Starbucks doesn’t charge for their to go cup. She was elderly and I don’t think she will be returning after this experience. I wish I would have given her the money for her coffee. Just a suggestion, to the owner, but I wouldn’t charge more than Dunkin or Starbucks for your to go coffee, if you want return customers.

The stuffed blueberry French toast is out of this world. This restaurant uses real butter.

Great breakfast joint. the food is tasty, hot, and nutritious. they give nice big helpings a long with The best Coffee in town. Most restaurants don't clean their pots, let alone use local bean roasting facilities. Michaels does an exquisite job with coffee using Pearl Coffee from downtown Akron.

They added a $2 egg surcharge for a three egg breakfast burrito that was already $13. My daughter’s oatmeal was disgusting. She had two bites and left it. They didn’t even ask about it. Just a full bowl of oatmeal sitting on the table. No offer to get something else, no questions, not even a second glance. $30 for oatmeal and a breakfast burrito before tip is greedy and wrong. The burrito had no flavor or spice. I only got to eat half because I was forced to share it with my daughter due to her not being able to eat hers. It also feels like you are eating in someone’s converted garage. You can’t charge a $2 surcharge on eggs when everything you make is made of or with eggs. Greedy gouging from a small business is sad to see.

Had breakfast there today with my husband and was charged $1 extra PER EGG surcharge. We each had a 2 egg breakfast, so that was $4 extra. Last week it was only .50 per egg, which is acceptable. I know eggs have gone up, but this is ridiculous. I checked online and found only Wally Waffle, Denny’s and Waffle House have egg surcharges, and then it’s only .50 per egg. IHOP, Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel have no surcharge. This is price gouging and we probably wont go back. It’s a shame because this was our go-to breakfast place, we ate there 2-3 times/week.

Nice, quiet and calm environment for an early morning breakfast. Skillets and eggs Benedict are great. My recommendation is no on the crepes (not freshly made). Otherwise, a great place!!
Kid-friendliness: We have taken our toddler here and it is mostly an adult crowd early morning. But staff is completely friendly and will spoil your little one with attention!

Eh. It's ok. I'm not sure why everyone raves over this place. The staff are super friendly but they always seem understaffed. The food is OK. I wouldn't be disappointed if I never returned, but I wouldn't boycott the place either.
