Ive never been to a Moe's only chipotle. The bowls are significantly cheaper and larger! The guac was not an extra charge and the employees working that day definitely loaded the bowl (came an hour before close). The bowls were really good quality as well, which isn't always consistent at Chipotle!

Little pricey for the portion sizes you get but that doesn’t deter from the taste. Worth trying different items on the menu.

While the food was decent, the restaurant is run poorly. We walked in an hour before closing. The chairs were up on the tables, so we asked if they were still open. They said yes. At the end of the assembly line, the employee began bagging up our order. We said we planned to dine in. Then we learn that the dining room is closed. So we take our order to eat in the car, planning to go back in to refill our drink once we were finished. A solid 15 minutes before closing time, we observe the worker locking the door. No drink refills I guess. We got the strong impression that they were not very interested in working. This is our second experience with Moe's in Ohio. We went to the Canton store a 1/2 hour after opening a few weeks ago, but the place was dark. Nobody showed up to work. The sandwich shop next door said that this was not uncommon. Apparently Moe's business hours are just approximate. No mo Moe's for us! Chipotle for the win!

Can not stress how hard the rice was... Everything else was on point. But honestly. I don't understand how the rice was basically uncooked...

Multiple items missing from my order. Don't order ahead of time because they will make it too early and your food will be cold. Also the chicken on my child's quesadilla was so burnt it tasted like ashes. Couldn't speak to anyone about it because they don't answer the phone. This is for the Akron location. I will never return.

I don't usually post bad reviews but I went in about 7 p.m. They were open till 9 so I didn't expect them to be ready to close and out of almost every protein option plus cilantro lime rice (hello, staple of burrito bowls). Their excuse was that whoever was supposed to prep didn't prep enough for a Moe's Monday. Like seriously, go back to the walk in and open up some rice and chicken and pork and whatever else you're out of. Don't stand around whining about not having anything prepped for you. I'm giving it 3 stars because I got plenty of sour cream and beans (but then again other than beans and lettuce what else was left?).
