My wife went to the mr hero at 510 canton rd in Akron ohio and she said that they told her that the food was more expensive in the store compared to online and the food was also not completely cooked and we returned the food but to say it is more expensive if we pick up are own food is ridiculous and we won't be going back so watch because it doesn't say that you have to pay more if you go get your own food

They refuse to make the roman burger right . last 4 time there roman burgers made incorrect . the spice is weak or diluted so bad can't even taste it . Arlington st store is where to go .

Normally when I go there it's smooth sailing. Today it took 5 mins to order food. The guy behind the register messed up on someone's food so mine got pushed back. When I got my food the tater tots were cold and I asked for no tomatoes on both my sandwiches. Guess what I got tomatoes. The buds were cold as well. Not a pleasant visit. 😕

Lower quality food each time. So I think I m done. Cheese steaks have two very thin slices of meat, couple mushrooms and onions. Any hole in the wall bar up the street has better food.

Order is always done quickly and is actually correct every time too. My only complaint is how high the prices are, but they've always been expensive so that's not a big deal, just can't afford to eat here as often as we'd like to.
