Everything about the experience is less than a one star. I cannot explain how bad everything was from the food to ordering to the service the cleanliness of the place reusing the same glove over and over this place should be shut down. I could not understand a word that the person was speaking at the register gave me an attitude when he tried to add more things on my order that I didn't even order for. They messed up my friends order as well and gave them the wrong size sandwich. They are using blue gloves and restaurants, which is also not allowed. They would take off the same glove set it aside and put it back on to continue cooking food which is also not allowed.

Just had my food here today, as always the best taste , I really like the chicken Philly and customer service is top notch , the man who cooked my sandwich did a great job,I think his name is harshith, I will eat here every day

Since they changed ownership, sandwiches been skimpy on the condiments. Steak deluxe, very little onion, and mushrooms. Just not the same service.

Stopped in a few weeks ago to purchase some Romanburgers for a family lunch. The friendly staff made the order efficiently, and listened to the request to leave the devil's fruit off my sandwich. The Romanburgers even tasted good after a 20 min drive - I can only imagine how good they'd be if eaten immediately. We'll be back!

I used doordash to purchase this Mr. Hero sandwich and I clearly asked for no mushrooms. It’s on the ticket that they printed! My sandwich was covered in mushrooms. I am absolutely disappointed because I love Mr. Hero and usually have no problems out of them. Such an unfortunate experience for me. This location will not be getting anymore service from me!

I visited 11/5/23. I order a 10" cheeseburger. I waited for sandwich to be made and still ended up with cold meat. How was that possible ? it's the reason I went there in first place. HOT, FRESHLY MADE. I didn't realize it til I got home. I should of checked before I left. So disappointed. REMIND u I already knew how much the sandwich cost, plus it's on the sign And the the worker still tried to over charge me. I can tell the place is being ran by a new owner..WHEW!! it used to be respectable place. I hope this don't continue ?
