Was kinda hungry today after work, craving Mr Hero. Ordered the large romanburger. BTE which is extra meat. I also ordered 10 piece nuggets and tater tots all of which came up to 29 dollars, but already was like damn this is kinda expensive but I paid anyways. Wanted me some Mr hero, what can I say. I don’t mind paying for what I want. When I got to my car it went to take a nice healthy bite of my romanburger and noticed that there was only one patty and no extra meat What so ever. So I went back in to inquiring with the clerk why no extra meat was present,,, the cook/owner approached the counter and showed me that it’s actually not extra meat but a larger patty. But the patty looks like they are regular size patties . And was thoroughly disappointed and to top it off I asked for extra mayo and that was forgotten too. I accepted the store’s explanation but still left feeling cheated and deceived. The sandwich was good but the price wasn’t worth the bang. 30 dollars basically for a sandwich small tater tot and 6.99 10 piece wings … don’t order extra meat and save 3 dollars is what I should have done.. yall got that off with misleading advertising. But never again. Must be private owners.

I love these restaurants I usually stop whenever im near one and this one doesn't disappoint. Great food and very nice lady working behind the counter. I forgot my raspberry topping on mh buns and she was more than happy to run back and put it on herself.

We went to the store got two Roman burgers. Lettuce was slimy when I went back to the store manager was rude. Literally tried to hand me the bag sandwiches back. Manager is also very rude to his employees and has a very disgusting attitude.

I heard a lot about the Roman burger. So since I was in Akron. I had to try it. It was good. I couldn’t taste the salami too much. The waffle fries were delicious and the cheese sauce was okay. The staff was okay. The ingredients are fresh.

Mr. Hero is a staple for me here in Ohio. But this locations service is pretty shotty. I had to wait to place an order inside because they thought I was a Doordash driver. What that has to do with service is beyond me, i guess. Finally placed my order for a regular Romanburger combo, and the total was $14.48. Jeez! OK. Was handed a drink cup to fill myslef at the fountain, and there were fruit flies flying around everywhere. Gross! Food was good even though I was kinda hesitant to eat, considering the cleanliness of the dining room area. Mr. Hero, please do better for your life long admires.

This Mr Heroes do not honor their mistakes 10-in Roman Burger with extra cheese double Patty and no lettuce they did not put no cheese no mayonnaise nothing on the sandwich we took it back to the store to honor it for them to re-cook the whole order which they didn't they just did the sandwich sent back cold potato puffs and the strawberry lemonade was watered down. Very horrible will not ever go back to this location again it's mostly African-American in that area we need not to support that business
