Literally, every time I go, I get less and less meat on my sandwich. This is the only Mr. hero. I have this problem at. It’s bad when you can’t go on your side of town to get food. I have to go to Arlington to get my sandwich made right.

Spent $30 for cold fries and cold soggy Roman Burgers ?. Also went in the inside and the smell was disgusting ??, should have just turned around and shouldn't have gave them my money. Nasty stinky smell coming from the sewage, trash filled up with knats flying all around the place. Nasty ?

I always get the Roman burger it’s always good but the food there is not cheap. So I go there every now and then.

I visited a different Mr Hero in a different city and the Philly steak that I got did not have diced up steak. It was thinly sliced and layered. I much more prefer my Philly steak with the onions and mushrooms Blended all together then onions and mushrooms inside of the folded Philly steak. Just kind of disappointed that the steak wasn't diced up.

I seen that Mr. Hero had there fried pickles back so I ordered them and a Roman burger. And I was so upset that they gave me white tomatoes . I know they know if they are ripe or not and they use to be good . I was not happy at all. They are not cheap and they want to serve me tomatoes that are not ripe that is not right.

I noticed how dark and runny the marinara sauce was, flipped it over to view the date and it expired in 2013. Called to make them aware and was treated with hostility.
