What is the point in offering drink carriers if the drinks don't fit in the carrier and spill all over your car within one minute?

I love Mr. Hero I just don't understand how 2 sandwiches 2 orders a cheese fries and a drink is $30. That's my only complaint here. It's just odd anywhere else. It's like 1015 bucks. You're definitely not paying for the service because it's just someone popping out a window and in your bag.

*This place SUCKS!!!. They advertise that they are OPEN till 12am but close whenever they feel like it! Don't try calling there neither because they don't answer the phone then will take it off the hook so you get a busy signal. They're busy alright, busy doing nothing and running another business into the ground!!!.. GOOD LUCK.

This store is decent. The one on west market tho, they wanted me to park a mile away together a 3$ door dash. I declined the order. The guy was mean & not helpful one bit. I suggest going to Arlington one.

Hands down the most unprofessional place I've ever seen. I feel sorry for some of the workers in this establishment but as you can see this Employee is sitting on her phone watching tik toks loudly at the counter. Not even making eye contact with any customer. I assume she's in charge of the window as she has an earpiece in but ai would think if that area isn't busy there's definitely things she could do to help out the rest of the team.

Tried to eat there on Sunday at 6:30pm and the doors were locked. I guess it was drive-thru only? We didn't bother
