This place seemed nice, but I walked in and asked about the menu and having one that wasn’t flashing since I’m disabled and got the most dismissive no. I’m sad they are anti-autism.

Me and my friend went there for coffee and it was a pleasant experience! My friend has allergies and the employee was very nice and accommodating ! It was our first time there and we will definitely be going back !

Great coffee!

The worst thing was the music speaker was right over the couch and loud. We sat up front. The coffee was t really good. The chocolate babka is wonderful. We got lucky to meet a little friend who gifted us with a craft she was making. It was a pretty magical experience.

Unfortunately its not easy to get to from where we live. We don't get to go often. It's always a treat when we do.

The coffee passport brought me to this location and I would not recommend this stop. It felt dingy, the baristas were not very friendly and were laughing about how stupid the passport is. There were coffee cup sizes on the wall so I asked for a medium and the barista said “we don’t have mediums”.

Overall just a weird vibe, the coffee was not good, I would avoid this stop if you’re trying to complete the passport

Syd was so kind! Went above and beyond to accommodate our dairy free orders, and wrote the kindest message on my cup. This is my favorite muggswigz location AND my favorite pumpkin (I live in Columbus and have tried a lot of pumpkin lattes). Syd deserves an 11/10!

PS while I’m here, can you sell your pumpkin sauce 🥹

I am so sad to say this because I’ve enjoyed every cup of coffee I’ve ordered here for the past 10 years up until today. Service has been on the decline for a while but have dealt with it because I love the coffee. I have ordered countless Turkish lattes here and today’s latte was so disappointing. It was the worst cup of coffee I have ever tasted. My son picked it up for me and brought it to me at work so unfortunately I can’t really do anything but throw it away. It was complete SLUDGE at the bottom. I am appalled that they deemed this suitable to serve to a customer. I will not be back.

I went on a quiet day to have coffee with my friends they had the music playing loud as hell and it was all weird Music mid conversation with my Friends they played a song that was screaming expletives Love the chain just wouldn’t recommend this specific store I love their food and their coffee but if you enjoy good atmosphere and good service, I would recommend going to the one in Canton Coffee is better there as well
