A few visits and it seems their sides and soups are not hot at all. Maybe they microwave them per order but they need to serve everything piping hot.

Enjoyed my visit to New Era this past Saturday. Had the bean soup which was so delicious! Everyone was friendly and kind. Easily handicap accessible which I also appreciated.
