This is my favorite Hibachi place in Akron. So many hibachi places have started using frozen vegetables which I cannot understand for the life of me. Nippon Hibachi still uses FRESH vegetables. The taste and quality of the meat is FRESH. Chicken is definitely chicken and not a mystery meat. Portions are excellent. I usually split one meal into 2 or share with someone. Also, the owners and workers are SOO SOOO nice. I have never not had a pleasant experience here. Also if you pickup, every meal comes with a drink, although I don’t think it says that on the menu.

Of the Trio the shrimp was the only thing I could eat. The steak and chicken were both dry and overcooked. The fried rice and vegetables taste like old seafood. Everything just tasted like it was going or was already bad.
