This is my favorite Hibachi place in Akron. So many hibachi places have started using frozen vegetables which I cannot understand for the life of me. Nippon Hibachi still uses FRESH vegetables. The taste and quality of the meat is FRESH. Chicken is definitely chicken and not a mystery meat. Portions are excellent. I usually split one meal into 2 or share with someone. Excellent food at a fair price. The people working there are always so kind, and the food always exactly what you want. The menu is simple - in a good way! Will be coming back regularly.

Having ordered from Door dash I've never set foot in the physical location but judging by the personal thank you note for leaving a DD review I'm absolutely making the drive to visit with my children. I'm here for work from out of town and I feel like they remember me. Thank you guys for going that extra mile.
