Never having been here before, I was a bit taken aback when I discovered that it was not its own restaurant, but rather a booth in a small indoor mall that shared tables with other establishments. Vegan items on the menu are clearly marked as such, and they have a reasonable number of vegan entrees. My wife and I each ordered the Vegan Avocado Black Bean Sandwich; it was in a large bun, and actually pretty tasty. The sandwich stands alone - sides would be extra.

Average food and overpriced. Tuscan chicken sandwich is very small for $14 and had too much balsamic. Their bun is no better than a hot dog bun. Bowl of soup, to go, was very small. About 2 ladlefuls for $6, but my dad liked it. Wouldn't go back.

Absolutely outstanding food, with suboptimal service. We tried to order through the website and weren’t able to change the scheduled pickup time from about a week in advance. When we called to order, the person helping us told us how inconvenient it was to take call-in orders (ours took all of 15 seconds) and acted very aggravated to be on the phone with us. Food was excellent, but I’d be hesitant to call them again.

We visited on a Saturday, expecting a nice new experience for us for our mom’s birthday, only to find out that no alcohol was being served until the next day (sunday.. of all days). Other customers were coming in just as confused, wondering how a restaurant wouldn’t serve drinks on what should be their busiest day. From the second we walked in, everything was dirty — the floors, tables, even the ordering area — and the place was almost completely empty.

It was our first time there and the setup was confusing. It wasn’t clear where to order, and while the employees were very kind, they seemed just as lost and didn’t offer any help. My dad specifically asked for no sauce on his meal, and it still came out with sauce poured all over it. The “brioche” bun they advertised was literally just a regular hot dog bun.

The salad — which didn’t even need to be cooked — was the last thing to come out, with wilted lettuce and stale pita chips on top. Honestly, we were so concerned about the quality and cleanliness that we ended up throwing most of the food away. Waste of food and money :( Gordon Ramsay needs to come here and fix this place because idk what else would fix it.

Kind employees aside, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

i love the food so much. unfortunately, multiple times i have had them give me real eggs and meat in my sandwich instead of vegan versions despite ordering the “vegan brioche” sandwich. this has made me less likely to order from them as often because it is distressing that animal products were used on my behalf. i would recommend calling to place your order so you can stress that you are ordering the vegan version.

The menu flyers are more accurate than the Google menu! I ordered the vegan BLT and while I was impressed with the ‘bacon’ I was severely lacking in the LT! 1 tomato slice and 1 piece of lettuce. The salt and mayo were a bit overwhelming (but this could be your thing). Smoothie was bland.. I will try another spot in the north market the next time!

Arrived on friday afternoon. The place was dead. Kiosk like window service with no table service. Order was wrong. No bacon, given on the croissant and cheese with bacon. No cutlery nor napkins provided. Really expensive for which you get, we paid $31.49 for two sandwiches and a coke served on paper plates without any sides. Better quality and service across the lot at Luigi's.

The vegan bacon is plastic. Can’t even eat the sandwich and they only gave me two slithers ridiculous amount of price for the food and the food is trash. The fruit and yogurt was watered down and terrible. Never have I ever experienced this before. You can actually see me trying to stretch the bacon and you can see through it. Eww

The Vegan Croissant sandwich was soooooo good! They even made the vegan bacon crunchy for me the way I like it!!!! Will be back

$8.50 worth of sandwich? Hmmm

Ehhh, the food wasn’t amazing as it was quite dry and it took quite a while to make, some of the food coming out way before the others. The price was just much too high for what it was. Had it been half the cost I probably would have had a more positive impression.

I was in for a tattoo today at India ink tattoo. I ordered coffee from nomz. There was issues with it being a little old and I did not like it. I left the coffe on the counter and was just thinking I was out the cash for the coffee....not wanting another from the same pot. They with out my knowledge brewed another pot and delivered it to the tattoo shop with a refund for my trouble. What wonderful service and great people!!😁
