It's amazing how someone can regularly update your social media, but not answer phone calls or online contact forms. All I wanted to do, was treat my team to a lunch of their choosing; and they chose you. I called multiple times and left voicemails with a callback number hoping I would be able to order my team's desired selections. Nothing. No callback, no response to my contact form. There is literally no way to place an order when not physically there at the store, even though you have the options available on your website. If someone would pick up the phone, I would've happily placed this order over the phone. Now I'm buying lunch for 11 somewhere else.

I found Nomz on google yesterday searching for vegan good near me. Seen their menu online an had to go check it out. Although i was a little lost finding the location, once found I loved the atmosphere an design of the inner restaurant. I have been a vegan for 13 years and missed BLT which they had a vegan version so it was my first time eating a BLT in that long and it was so dam good I can't wait to go back and get another one, I also got the black bean tacos because everything on the menu looked amazing, I figured I'd take it to go and eat later, but after trying it I couldn't put the taco down until they was all gone. Thank you for such good food and offering someone with a diet like mine such variety and taste! THE TINTMAN APPROVED ?????????

Our food took 45 minutes to come out. Other tables were served before us who had ordered after us. The food order was also messed up.

While the food and atmosphere are wonderful, an hour wait for a sandwich in restaurant is unreasonable. So is cancelling a Door Dash order 45 minutes into an hour wait with a dasher already assigned to pick it up. Very disappointing.

We went to this place for brunch on a Sunday. The food was average, the person I got food with said the vegetarian breakfast sandwich was good. My sandwich was just okay. The service was very slow, I am unsure if they got a large online order but it took about 35-45 minutes to get our food. They initially said it would take 10-15 minutes. It actually may have been a little longer than 45 minutes. The Northside Marketplace did not have any napkins in the cafeteria area and the interaction with staff in general was lacking. The pricing was more expensive than I expected. I'll probably give this place another chance but will try something other than breakfast.

We love having Nomz as our business neighbor at Northside Marketplace! Food is delicious, team is amazing, and our team is alwayyyyys glad to have a craft coffee/cocktail bar nearby. We love Nomz! ?Parking: Parking can be a little strange- there’s a lot between Dirty River Bike and Luigi’s/Jillys that’s best to park in, but if it’s full you can also park under the bridge down the road and do a short walk past the hotel and DBA. Enter through the doors marked “Northside Marketplace”

Everything was good besides the service, One of your employees Francesca is having a guy named Matthew Snyder keep coming up here. He’s a known Woman abuser in the summit County area. He has almost unalived Multiple women And severely beaten several. But that’s who your employee has hanging inside of your place of business. Which I will no longer go to because I’ve seen him there Multiple times now. Absolutely disgusting and Francesca needs to get some self-respect and common sense.

Was trying to get breakfast and a coffee. Staff kept bouncing me around to different people and nobody could provide a coffee. The sandwich was excellent though just wish the staff was a bit friendlier and

We have eaten here twice. Once, we ordered take-out during the pandemic. It was good to great. This most recent time (Friday, January 26th, 2024) it was a weirdly bad experience. We walked in, and a woman said hi and nothing else. We walked to the "Order Here" window, and made direct eye-contact with the person working, and they didn't acknowledge us for several minutes. Let's say 2 minutes. We were the only people in line, and one couple was at a table eating, and a few bar patrons drinking. Then the woman says "we'll be right with you." Then a different person came out to take our order, and hit a vape and blew it out, while I'm standing there talking to her. My wife ordered something with fake-chicken, tacos, and she said, "We are out of the fake chicken, but a lot of people have been getting that with the fake bacon." The food was VERY expensive for what it was. I had the veggie blt, and my wife got...not tacos with bacon. It was a bacon sandwich with pickles (which she dislikes) all served on paper dinnerware. No utensils were brought to the table, nor were they at the restaurant section, they were on the other end of the bar, maybe 20 feet away.Mediocre food, bad service, cool space with lots of potential. But this was just a poor, lazy experience all around. Writing this sucks, I feel bad. But the whole thing kinda sucked. We go out often, and really want to support smaller or local places and manage to find the good in stuff. But this was a drag.

Nomz had a lot of vegan options. I wound up going with the brioche on a croissant and the croissant was super nice and flakey. The rice paper bacon is tasty but harder to chew. The chipotle aioli was the shining star of the dish, add such a nice flavor that paired super well with the rest of the sandwich. My partner got the vegan chipotle chicken and complained that the chicken was super fatty without much flavor, wouldn't recommend. Updated from previous review on 2024-02-04
