Service is excellent here. They greet and attend to you immediately, and they always have a smile on their face.
As for the food, it's enjoyable, but it's priced as if it would be exceptional ramen and pho, and I find it to be very average at best. While it's certainly not "bad" food, the value is lacking.
I'll admit this is probably about the best option for a pho or ramen craving if you're in the Akron area,but if you're willing to drive further north to Cleveland, you'll find yourself with much higher quality options at a much lower price point.
Based on the competition and what you receive for what you pay, overall rating is 4 stars. Bottom line - it will satisfy your cravings in a pinch, but if you're willing to travel, the competition is much better.

This is one of my new favorite places for sure! Everything we had was delicious ? the California crunch rolls were heavenly. The ramen was so savory and my daughter loved her boba tea. It was presented very nicely. The restaurant was very modern and nice. The prices were very reasonable. 10/10 and bomb diggity-doo!

I posted most food pics in Sakura (next door, same company), because I show up near closing and Sakura dining room is open later. I order ramen brought over from Noodle King side, and sushi from Sakura. See seafood ramen and BPP sushi (half already devoured). (Ramen was avg price but deluxe sushi roll & tea bumped it up to over $30.)
Vegetarian options: Most ramen comes with a beef or pork broth. I'm not vegetarian so I didn't notice, but I believe there's various vegetable options.
