Wanted to like this place but the crab rangoons are like biting into card board and the chicken is so mushy and saugy Update: got food poisoning from here so not eat here!

Had no issue taking my order but when I arrived they brought out way too much food and claimed that this is what I ordered and after trying to explain to them that this isn't what I ordered they couldn't understand English. The food was bland & extremely overpriced. I'd go absolutely anywhere else besides here. These owners suck.

I have been coming here for well over 15 years, the food is amazing to this day. I’ve tried other places but nothing compares, they know my little girls when they walk in and always have suckers for them. Even if there have been recent changes this will always be my go to.

The food was okay but the service was awful. When I arrived and showed my order they didn’t find it, gave my name they didn’t find it, asked for my phone number and still couldn’t find it. I pointed to a big box and asked whose order that was and he said my name… 🙄. It was a 12lb empty box for butterfly shrimp that was sealed up with packing tape and had the receipt taped to it with everything I ordered listed. I did not open it there- my mistake. When I got home and used scissors to open I realized a side of rice and the wontons were missing. My daughter went back and they said we should have checked before we left. Even though they had given us a box sealed completely with packing tape. Even though I liked the food I won’t order from there again based on the service. I spent $80 and was only missing about $8 of food which they insinuated we were lying about.

We ordered from here today, my husband's does not like onions or peppers and we ordered bourbon chicken, I included two photos to show there is onions and peppers and if that is bourbon chicken I must be drunk because to me that looks like peppered chicken......their crab rangoon was extra rubbery and very hard to eat and the chicken on a stick was not cooked long enough......I definitely would not recommend going and nor am I ever going back, very very disappointed!

Ordered here in the past and loved it but this most recent visit was different…the sauce on the general Tso was really thick and gloppy wasn’t a fan at all

The dumplings were good. The general tso chicken tastes like they just mixed sweet and sour with some chili flakes. It was horrible.
I didn’t think it was possible to ruin chicken, broccoli, and rice, crab Rangoons, and egg rolls—but somehow you pulled it off. The Rangoons taste rotten. They’re not even close to smooth or creamy (like they’re supposed to be). I’ve made the mistake of eating here once a year since 2020. Back then, the food was amazing, and the guy who answered the phone actually remembered customers by name. In 2021 the food went downhill—hit or miss, but at least edible. Now it’s just flat‑out disgusting. Everything is dry, flavorless, and not even covered in sauce to hide the garbage taste. My wife insisted on giving you another shot, but even she finally said, “You’re right, this is truly disgusting.” I figured by now you would’ve fixed things. Instead, my family is racing each other to the toilet. Number 1 Kitchen isn’t a restaurant anymore—it’s a stomach‑ache competition.

Place an order for general tso here. The chicken was very fatty/grisly. The sauce was very watery. It had decent flavor but wish the quality was better.

Have ordered from this restaurant every time we eat Chinese. It was our go to. Ordered today and was highly disappointed. Many changes in the meals we normally order. Will definitely be looking for new options as Number 1 kitchen is no longer the best.
