Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I was there for a Surprise birthday dinner. The wait staff was phenomenal.
Our waitress Trinity not only remembered us from a previous visit but remembered our orders just the way we liked them.

The kitchen staff had a difficult time preparing orders for our party. Some of our guest never received their meals while at least three others were served as others finished dining.
Overall, it was nice.

I haven’t been to Olive Garden in a while, so I felt the wasn’t as good as I remembered. Breadsticks tasted different and were hard. We had an exceptional server named Mikaila who went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Restaurant wasn’t very clean and needs some updating.

Good service and the food was delicious. The hostess at the door even held the doors open for my wife and I. Kenzi was a top notch server. If I'm back in the area, I will definitely return.

My wife and I had lunch here today and the waiter i don't remember his name was very attentive to my wife and giving her good customer service but not me and also finding excuses to come to our table. He was also looking down my wife's dress top the customer service is usually good here but not today the waiter that we had might as well pushed me aside and had brunch with my wife. I hope that he doesn't act like this toward other people he was very rude and we did not leave him a tip

I went to Olive Garden after maybe 20 to 30 years. I had nothing against it but it just did not happen until today. My friend's young children love Olive Garden, so I went along. I really had a good time. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. Our server was Abigail and she was just awesome.
Overall I had a very good dinner experience and will definitely visit Olive Garden often.
