I made a reservation that didn't appear on their end. On the reservation I specifically said a high chair was needed. What I assumed to be a manager said “well we don't have it. It is updated every hour did you make it recently?” To that I replied no. He said no worries we can seat you. Then him and what I am assuming is another manager had a discussion about how there were no high chairs available. One of them said well we have a booster seat to the other. At no point did they have a conversation with me about it. Instead they told the young man to sit us (3+ a 1.5 year old) and the manager yelled to him “don't forget to tell them about the high chair.” Again never spoke to me about it. Our server (who was lovely) apologized several times about the high chair. Even after who I assumed to be a manager walked by several time, he never apologized one time. Don't speak to me like I'm not even there. Ask for reservation confirmation. I'm very disappointed in the management there

Food was good, took a long time to get our drinks. Service was great! We were sat too close to some kind of art workshop taking place in the middle of the restaurant, seemed like it should have been in another place in the restaurant that was not where customers were sitting trying to enjoy dinner!! Maybe a corner somewhere in the restaurant!!

I ended up getting sick about an hour after dinner, but it tasted good.

A girlfriend's dinner. We loved our cocktails, the food was hot and delicious and our server was friendly and attentive. We usually don't come to PF Changs but at the end of the dinner we were all looking at our calendars for dates to come back before Christmas!

Though the place was not busy, service took a while. We sat at the bar, the bartender seemed to be the only one working.

I don’t know what happened to this place used to be one of my favorite spots and any more. It’s always a hot mess! Understaffed no one there portions have changed. They’ve been out of hot mustard for three weeks ordered Carri out showed up to pick it up. they had no idea where my order was so wasted a half an hour driving to pick up Carry out

Terrible service. Ordering ahead is pointless, the food is never ready on time.

Dined in and not a great experience. The food was very bland and I ordered the new black pepper filet meal and the waitress gave me pepper steak instead. When I pointed out that this wasnt what I ordered her only response was if I wanted some mushrooms on the side. They are completely different meals. We also wait almost 30 minutes between appetizer and the wrong entree so I wasnt about to put in yet another order while everyone else had their food.

The pepper steak I did get was literally cooked to death and just chewy. Nothing was done to accommodate their mistakes and I ended up paying over $100 and not getting a meal for myself. Will not be back ever.
