I noticed that a blonde woman (not tall) with glasses gives noticeably smaller portions to Chinese customers compared to others. This felt unfair and concerning. This happened to me many times. I paid $10.5 to get the bowl in the picture. I hope Panda can ensure equal treatment for all customers.

They give apparently less food (rice, entree or whatever) to Chinese than American while everyone pays the same! My friend once asked for more rice because he was hungry and the server gave so little compared to what he gave to others then the server started laughing and was like “why do you eat so much rice?”2023 Update: starting this fall semester, they started to give notably less than what they used to offer (about 2/3) when price has gone up considerably.

Customer service was terrible, drinks were filled halfway at drive thru, chow mein was 10% noodles, 90% cabbage and came with 5 pieces of chicken. This was my first experience but never agai .

For the price not worth it 12 bucks for u large thing of rice and couple pieces of chicken definitely not worth it. Won’t be back
