I love going to Panera having lunch and getting some work done. However, the past two time I have tried to go in it has been an inferno in the building. The heat literally hit you when you opened the door. It was so hot in there. Both times I just turned around and left. If they don’t figure out how to fix it, I won’t be able to go there anymore.

This was my 1st time at this location & my first time in over a decade, having Panera Bread. The establishment is very clean. I had the Steak & Wake, add aguacate 🥑. OMG 😩 Delicious! Decadent! My taste buds are very pleased. 🤍✨ and give Shyann a raise ✨

Stay away from this restaurant. I will never go there again. Or at least not for a while. They have a juice machine that makes a headache inducing horrible whining noise. There were 7 of us there and all were getting a headache from the damn thing. There response was they can't turn it off because it's a health hazard if the juice gets warm. Then drain the juice out and shut it off!!! I swear it was a cruel and unusual form of torture. They couldn't conclude that the better customer experience was to just not sell juice until it's fixed!! And they didn't sell a single cup of juice the entire time we were there. Where has common sense gone?!
Please, if you're reading this and have any control over the situation, take a baseball bat to that thing Office Space style! And let me know when you do because I'll come watch and become a customer again.
