This was a really disappointing experience. When I entered the restaurant, no one greeted me. There was a sign at the register stating “Kiosk orders only,” and no cashier available, so I had no choice but to use the kiosk.

After placing my order, I waited for quite some time with no updates. Eventually, I checked the pickup rack myself and found that my order had been sitting there—no one let me know it was ready. Throughout my entire visit, I had zero interaction with any employee. No hello, no order notification, no goodbye—nothing.

To make matters worse, the seal on my bottled water was already broken, which I didn’t notice until I arrived at my destination. The bottle was also filled completely to the top, which felt odd and raised concerns about possible tampering. I couldn’t even drink it.

Overall, the lack of basic customer service and the issue with the drink were unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Service at this and it's Sister locations in Oakwood and Macedonia is very inconsistent but typically slow. Often see employees standing still chatting amongst themselves or looking at phones while I'm waiting on Coffee or a donut (the easiest things to prepare)

Another kiosk ordering fail. If I wanted to be irritated at a computer, I could just stay at work. Insufficient number of human registers. One positive: it doesn't smell like sewage like the old one across the street did.

I went thru the drive thru for a hot cup of coffee and asked for 3 creams. When i got the coffee it wasn't hot plus they didn't put the cream in the coffee. I was very disasatisfied.

I love everything they serve. Their brocoli cheese soup is the Best..not overly salty like some restaurants..and don't forget to get a cookie,yum!

Come on! I know Panera Bread can make a much better sandwich. Why all of a sudden do you put a menu up that is not as good as the other menu? It was better the other way before all this new technology has taken over. More of a welcoming Panera Bread. Workers had more time to fix situations. Now you feel like you got to walk around to search for help. Once you have one problem fixed you realize you need to ask for help again and again. Bagel was cut unevenly to the point one part of bagel was too skinny. Bagels and iced sugar cookie is way too thin now. Hardly any meat on sandwich. Not worth the price.
